    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multilayer film comprising highly refined cellulose fibers, the method comprising the steps of: a) forming a first wet web by applying a first pulp suspension comprising highly refined cellulose fibers on a first wire; b) partially dewatering the first wet web to obtain a first partially dewatered web; c) forming a second wet web y applying a foamed second pulp suspension comprising highly refined cellulose fibers and a foaming agent on a second wire; d) partially dewatering the foamed second wet web to obtain a second partially dewatered web; e) joining the first and second partially dewatered web to obtain a multilayer web; and f) further dewatering, and optionally drying, the multilayer web to obtain a multilayer film comprising highly refined cellulose fibers.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for the production of a coated paper, paperboard or film, wherein the method comprises the steps of; providing a first suspension comprising cellulose fibers, applying the first suspension on a substrate to form a fibrous web, wherein the web has a first and a second side, providing a second suspension comprising micro fibrillated cellulose, applying the second suspension either to the first side of the fibrous web or to a surface of a drying equipment and conducting said fibrous web through the drying equipment whereby the second suspension is added to the first side of the web forming the coated paper, paperboard or film. The invention also relates to a paper, paperboard or film produced according to the method.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a refined cellulose fiber composition useful as a strength enhancing agent for paper and paperboard, wherein the refined cellulose fiber composition has a Schopper-Riegler (SR) number in the range of 80-98 as determined by standard ISO 5267-1, and wherein the refined cellulose fiber composition has a content of fibers having a length >0.2 mm of at least 12 million fibers per gram based on dry weight.     摘要: The present invention is directed to a film or coating comprising a fiber material, wherein at least 60% by weight of said fiber material is microfibrillated cellulose, said film or coating also comprising at least 1% by weight of extractives from wood bark or cork wood. The invention is also directed to products, such as packaging materials, using or incorporating said film or coating. Such packaging materials are for example laminates or multi-layer structures. The films or coatings according to the present invention having advantageous barrier properties and are therefore particularly suitable for sensitive objects that need to be packaged in a controlled or modified atmosphere. The present invention is also directed to a composition comprising a fiber material, wherein at least 60% by weight of said fiber material is microfibrillated cellulose, said composition also comprising at least 1% by weight of extractives from wood bark or cork wood. The composition is useful for example in the preparation of the film or coating.
