摘要： The present invention provides a star-shaped acrylic block polymer having a star-shaped structure in which at least three chain polymer portions radiate from a mercapto group situated at the center, wherein (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester structural units having 7-17 carbon atoms account for 30-99.9% by mass of whole structural units of the star-shaped acrylic block polymer, and at least one of the chain polymer portions has a copolymer structure of polymerizable monomers containing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having 7-17 carbon atoms and a weakly basic monomer; and a medical patch containing an adhesive composition containing a salt of a basic drug and the star-shaped acrylic block polymer as an adhesive that exhibits high drug efficacy, that does not cause a decrease in adhesive property of an adhesive base due to an additive, and that causes less skin irritation.

摘要： The invention relates to a pharmaceutical patch comprising a Lidocaine constituent and a Diclofenac constituent, wherein the relative weight content ratio of the Lidocaine constituent to the Diclofenac constituent is within the range of from about 7:1 to about 4:1, based on the equivalent weight of the non-salt form of Lidocaine and of Diclofenac, for use in the local treatment or prevention of pain, wherein the pain is neuropathic pain or wherein the pain has a neuropathic pain component. The pharmaceutical composition is suitable for topical administration and local pharmacological action via delivery of Lidocaine and Diclofenac into the skin and possibly also through and to other deeper tissues such as the synovial fluid without significant systemic exposure.

摘要： An aqueous loxoprofen-containing patch is provided, which has good stability and excellent transdermal absorption of loxoprofen. The aqueous patch includes loxoprofen or a salt thereof and triacetin. Specifically, the aqueous patch includes, based on the weight of the adhesive gel base, 0.1 to 5% by weight of loxoprofen or a salt thereof, 0.5 to 5% by weight of triacetin, 1 to 30% by weight of a water-soluble polymer, 0.01 to 5% by weight of a cross-linking agent, 10 to 90% by weight of purified water, and 0 to 20% by weight of an inorganic powder.
