Abstract: The invention provides a low-power wide area network integrated sensing and communication method based on channel sensing and reinforcement learning, and the method comprises the steps: receiving an uplink signal transmitted by a terminal node through a gateway receiver, demodulating the uplink signal through employing a soft demodulation algorithm, and obtaining a bit log-likelihood ratio; the deep reinforcement learning model completes channel reconstruction of the corresponding link during communication according to the bit log-likelihood ratio; and calculating the current optimal network configuration according to the reconstructed channel so as to distribute the current optimal network configuration to each terminal node during next downlink transmission. According to the method, the key environment information is mined by using the deep reinforcement learning model, so that the gateway can allocate optimal network configuration to different terminal nodes according to the current network environment condition, and the decoding capability of the gateway is improved.

Abstract: Rotational translation of an inertial mass rotor is used for providing damping of low frequency noise and vibration. An axial component is mounted so as to translate axial movement of an inertial linearly-displaceable member to rotational movement of an inertial mass rotor. The translation to rotational movement of the inertial mass rotor provides inertial amplification in the form of translational-rotational coupling. This enables the construction of a compact assembly, which allows light ultra-low frequency resonances to be concentrated, and which absorbs such low frequency noise energy.

Abstract: A system for cost management using blockchain and encryption is provided. The system includes an access interface, a recorder, a determinator, a key generator, an encryptor, and a decryptor. The access interface is configured to provide a platform for users to log in. The recorder is for recording cost information. The determinator is configured to determine whether the cost information recorded in the recorder is non-sensitive. When the cost information is determined as being non-sensitive, the cost information is directly uploaded to and recorded on a blockchain network via a smart contractor module. When the cost information is determined as being sensitive, the key generator generates a symmetric key randomly. The encryptor is configure to encrypt the cost information using the symmetric key to obtain ciphertext information and encrypt the symmetric key using public keys to obtain encrypted keys. The encryptor sends the ciphertext information to the blockchain network.

Abstract: A multifunctional and modular geotechnical testing device for testing a soil sample is provided. The testing device includes a testing cell, a plurality of needle probes, and a plurality of lateral pressure-measuring sensors. The testing cell has an oedometer ring for accommodating the soil sample, with a plurality of holes located on and angularly distributed over an internal lateral surface of the oedometer ring forming a plurality of channels to access the soil sample from outside.
