摘要: A steering column may include a casing tube in which a steering spindle is rotatably mounted, a guide unit that receives the casing unit so as to be telescopically adjustable in a direction of a longitudinal axis, and an electromotor adjustment drive that is arranged between the casing tube and the guide unit. An inner bearing face of the guide unit surrounds an outer casing surface of the casing tube and includes a slot extending longitudinally with a slot width between mutually opposing slot edges. A preload device engages the slot edges and is configured to apply a tightening force to reduce the slot width to preload the bearing face together with the casing surface. A clamping body cooperates with the slot edges via a deflection device that converts a reduction of slot width into a radial clamping movement of the clamping body for radial preloading the outer casing surface.

摘要: A steering column may include a first adjustment drive for adjustments in a length adjustment direction and a second adjustment drive for adjustments in a height adjustment direction. The adjustment drives each have a drive motor. A joint control unit for the drive motors comprises three half bridges arranged in parallel and connected between two voltage potentials. Each half bridge has a high-side switch and a low-side switch connected in series via a connection point. The connection point of the first half bridge is electrically conductively connected to a first connection of a first drive motor. The connection point of a second half bridge is electrically conductively connected to a second connection of the first drive motor and to a first connection of the second drive motor. The connection point of a third half bridge is electrically conductively connected to a second connection of the second drive motor.

摘要: A method can be used to control a steer-by-wire steering system for a motor vehicle that has two axles each with two wheels. Two front wheels can be steered by front-wheel steering and two rear wheels can be steered by rear-wheel steering. The motor vehicle includes a single wheel drive that is assigned to one of the two axles and drives the two wheels of the corresponding axle via a differential. The motor vehicle comprises an inboard braking system. The method involves checking the motor vehicle speed and activating rear-axle steering when a motor vehicle speed should be slower than 40 km/hr. With rear-axle steering active, the following steps are performed: deactivating front-wheel steering and rear-wheel steering, determining a reference position of a first steering rod via a reference wheel steering angle, determining a differential drive torque between the rear wheels to reach the reference position via a control unit.

摘要: A vehicle may have actuators, including a drive device with a drive motor that can act on a drive wheel, a brake device with a brake that can act on a drive wheel, and/or a steering device with a steering sensor by way of which the steering angle of a wheel is adjustable, a vehicle movement controller, and a setpoint value input means, a setpoint value processing means for detecting setpoint value settings of the setpoint value input means, to calculate a yaw acceleration setpoint value and translational acceleration setpoint values from the setpoint value settings. The setpoint value processing means may be configured to transfer the calculated yaw acceleration setpoint value and translational acceleration setpoint values to the vehicle movement controller, which is configured to actuate one or more of the actuators such that the yaw acceleration setpoint value and the translational acceleration setpoint values are reached.

摘要: A steering column includes an adjusting unit that is fixedly clampable releasably to a supporting unit and in which a steering spindle is mounted rotatably about a longitudinal axis, a clamping device with a release position and a fixing position for locking the adjusting unit to the supporting unit, a clamping bolt arranged along a clamping axis and guided transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis through an elongated hole in the supporting unit extending in an adjustment direction and in which the clamping bolt in the release position is movable. A fixing element on the clamping bolt can be braced by the clamping device in the direction of the clamping axis against the supporting unit. A guide device may have guide elements on the fixing element and on the supporting unit that are spaced apart from the elongated hole, the fixing element being guided in the guide elements in a translational manner relative to the supporting unit.

摘要: A steer-by-wire steering system for a motor vehicle may include a steering column having a support unit and a steering shaft rotatably mounted in the steering column, a steering handle disposed in a rotationally fixed manner on the steering shaft, and a feedback actuator that is configured to apply a torque to the steering shaft. The feedback actuator here may be disposed outside the support unit, as a result of which installation space is available in the region of the steering column. The feedback actuator of the steer-by-wire steering system may in some cases be disposed on a bulkhead of a motor vehicle body.

摘要: A steer-by-wire steering system for a motor vehicle with a steerable front wheel axle that has two steerable wheels. The front wheel axle includes a single wheel drive which, by means of a drive controller, individually drives wheel drives which are associated with the steerable wheels. The drive controller has a controller which determines a target speed for the left-hand wheel and a target speed for the right-hand wheel in accordance with an accelerator pedal angle and a rotational angle of a steering shaft, and which limits the target speeds to a slip-limited speed. The drive controller individually drives the wheel drives in such a way that the difference between the target speed and the actual speed for each steerable wheel is minimal.

摘要: A steering shaft for a motor vehicle may include a hollow outer shaft and an inner shaft. The hollow outer shaft may receive the inner shaft in a torque-transmitting manner and in an axially displaceable manner. An elastic boot may be connected to the inner shaft or the outer shaft. The steering shaft is protected against ingress of dirt and moisture and at the same time has a homogeneous displacement force and can be adjusted with low noise. The boot may be arranged at least partially within the steering shaft and may have a free end with a closed configuration.
