摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a member that improves image quality of an X-ray image obtained when the member is applied as an X-ray transmission member of an X-ray inspection equipment. One aspect of the X-ray transmission member of the present invention for achieving the above object is an X-ray transmission member used in the X-ray inspection equipment, and the X-ray transmission member includes a core material (I) and a surface material (II) disposed on at least one side of the core material (I), in which the core material (I) is a porous body, the surface material (II) includes a fiber-reinforced resin, and an arithmetic mean roughness Ra defined by JIS B0601 (2001) of a cross-sectional curve formed by a joining surface on the surface material (II) side of the core material (I) is 50 μm or less.

摘要: A method of producing a glass fiber-reinforced recycled PPS resin composition, includes: crushing a molded product containing a polyphenylene sulfide resin and glass fibers to obtain a crushed molded product (A), and mixing the crushed molded product (A) and a PPS resin composition (B) containing 40 to 90 wt % of the PPS resin having a weight average molecular weight of 20,000 to 60,000 and 10 to 60 wt % of glass fibers. The glass fiber-reinforced recycled PPS resin composition suppresses breakage of glass fibers at the time of recycling the glass fiber-reinforced PPS resin composition, and has excellent mechanical properties.

The area Amax (nm·%) of the largest region among regions enclosed by the transmission spectrum X and the transmission spectrum Y is 150 to 1500.

摘要: A purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyamide-46 multifilament that has high strength, high-temperature dimensional stability, and excellent stretchability, which have not been attained with any conventional technique, and that is hence suitable for use as a sewing thread for airbags having mechanical properties which can inhibit the sewed portions from suffering an air leakage of a high-temperature high-power gas. The polyamide-46 multifilament has the following physical properties (1) to (3). (1) A strength of 6.0-9.0 cN/dtex and an elongation of 15-30%. (2) A degree of elongation E10 (100° C.), as measured after stretching 10 times in a 100° C. environment, of less than 1.0%. (3) A difference between the elongation under a load of 2.0 cN/dtex at ordinary temperature and the elongation under a load of 2.0 cN/dtex in a 100° C. environment of less than 0.5%.

摘要: The present invention aims to provide a sheet-shaped reinforcing fiber substrate having shear deformability to conform to a three dimensional shape and restraining the generation of waste pieces to realize a large improve in the yield of reinforcing fibers and a reduction in production cost, and also provide a production method therefor.
The sheet-shaped reinforcing fiber substrate has a layered structure containing N layers (N being an integer of 3 or more) produced by arranging a plurality of reinforcing fiber bundles with appropriate lengths and meets the requirements (1) to (5) given below:
(1) in each layer, mutually adjacent reinforcing fiber bundles are aligned parallel to each other in such a manner that the clearance between mutually adjacent reinforcing fiber bundles is not smaller than the width of the reinforcing fiber bundles,
(2) the reinforcing fiber bundles in a layer and those in the layer located immediately above or below and in contact therewith are aligned in different directions,
(3) the length direction of the reinforcing fiber bundles in a randomly selected odd-numbered no'th layer (no being an odd number not less than 3 and not more than N) and the length direction of the reinforcing fiber bundles in the (no-2)'th layer are parallel to each other and the reinforcing fiber bundles in each layer do not overlap each other,
(4) in the case where N is 4 or more, the length direction of the reinforcing fiber bundles in a randomly selected even-numbered ne'th layer (ne being an even number not less than 4 and not more than N) and the length direction of the reinforcing fiber bundles in the (ne-2)'th layer are parallel to each other and the reinforcing fiber bundles in each layer do not overlap each other, and
(5) mutually intersecting reinforcing fiber bundles are joined together in at least part of the intersection regions where a reinforcing fiber bundles in any of the odd-numbered layers directly overlaps a reinforcing fiber bundle in any of the even-numbered layers.
