摘要: A process for producing an amorphous ductile brazing foil is provided. According to one example embodiment, the method includes providing a molten mass, and rapidly solidifying the molten mass on a moving cooling surface with a cooling speed of more than approximately 105° C./sec to produce an amorphous ductile brazing foil. A process for joining two or more parts is also provided. The process includes inserting a brazing foil between two or more parts to be joined, wherein the parts to be joined have a higher melting temperature than that the brazing foil to form a solder joint and the brazing foil comprises an amorphous, ductile Ni-based brazing foil; heating the solder joint to a temperature above the liquidus temperature of the brazing foil to form a heated solder joint; and cooling the heated solder joint, thereby forming a brazed joint between the parts to be joined.

The microstructure is at least 80 vol. % amorphous or has at least 80 vol. % nanocrystalline grains and a residual amorphous matrix in which at least 80% of the nanocrystalline grains have an average grain size of less than 50 nm and a random orientation. 摘要: A method producing soft magnetic strip material for roll tape-wound cores with the following steps: preparing a band-shaped material, applying a heat-treatment temperature to the band-shaped material, and applying a tensile force to the temperature-applied band-shaped material in one longitudinal direction of the band-shaped material in order to produce a tensile stress in the band-shaped material, to produce the soft magnetic strip material from the band-shaped material, the method, moreover, comprising determining at least one magnetic measurement value of the soft magnetic strip material that has been produced and controlling the tensile force for setting the tensile stress in a reaction to the determined magnetic measurement value. Furthermore, a device for carrying out the method and a roll tape-wound core produced by means of the method are made available.

摘要: Conveyance system for tensioning in order to post-treat a rapidly-solidified metal strip, and post-treatment method is provided. The invention relates to a conveyance system (1 to 5) for tensioning in order to post-treat a rapidly-solidified metal strip (6), and a post-treatment method. For this purpose, the conveyance system comprises a tension roller assembly (6 to 11) and a tensioning assembly (12), between which the metal strip (6) is conveyed in order to be continuously post-treated under a predetermined tensile stress. The tension roller assembly (6 to 11) comprises a single drive roller (13) and a freely-rotating pressing roller (14). The metal strip (6) is conveyed over an angle of wrap α on the drive roller, and, with respect to the drive roller (13), the pressing roller (14) is arranged at a contact point (16) of the metal strip (6) that defines one end of an angle of wrap α.
