摘要: One example method of operation may include identifying a topics to apply to a meeting having a defined time window, creating meeting time intervals corresponding to the topics, transmitting meeting invites to user accounts identified as potential meeting attendees, identifying when the user accounts were active in the meeting, and determining the user accounts fulfilled a topic fulfillment obligation of one or more of the topics based on a user account presence during one or more of the meeting intervals.

摘要: One example method of operation may include identifying a plurality of active project files in a database, identifying one or more deliverables included in the plurality of active project files, performing a simulation test based on a current set of allocated resources and a current set of deadlines associated with each of the one or more deliverables to determine whether the one or more deliverables will fail, determining the one or more deliverables includes one or more failed project risk metrics indicating that the one or more deliverables will fail to be completed by a corresponding deadline among the current set of deadlines, selecting one or more of the active project files which does not have a failed project risk metric, and reallocating resources, from the one or more of the active project files which does not have a failed project risk metric, to one or more of the active project files which has one or more failed project risk metrics.

摘要: One example method of operation may include identifying a content thread in a content sharing forum, ranking topics of the content thread to identify highest weighted topics based on content of messages included in the topics, creating a share link to access the highest weighted topics, and posting the share link in one or more other content threads of one or more other content sharing forums, and the one or more other content threads include topics with similar content to content of the highest weighted topics of the content thread.

摘要: An example AC/DC phone line detection system may include one or more of an electronic circuit that is floating with reference to ground, a first A/D converter coupled to the electronic circuit and configured to detect ringing voltages from DC voltages included in a telephone line, a second A/D converter coupled to the electronic circuit and configured to detect caller identification information from AC voltages included in the telephone line, and a processor configured to control signals detected by the first and second A/D convertors and output information about the signals to call taking equipment.

摘要: A system comprising a communication activity detecting device, a network selector, and a network control memory structure that operate to detect anomalous communication activity and, in response, send a routing control to a location routing number control memory structure to alter a location routing number, which results in communication activity switching from a first network to a second network. A method including receiving a network switch control to switch communication activity from a first network to a second network, selecting the second network from one or more networks to route the communication activity, and sending a routing control to a location routing number control memory structure. The routing control may include instructions to alter a first location routing number to a second location routing number associated with the second network.

摘要: Medical services are offered by various facilities near a patient's residence. The number of facility options continues to grow and the patients can now identify rankings and offer their own input regarding satisfaction of certain facilities. One example method of operation provides identifying a number of feedback messages associated with a particular medical facility, parsing the feedback messages to identify negative feedback associated with the feedback messages, notifying the medical facility of the negative feedback, and transmitting suggestions to increase productivity and reduce subsequent negative feedback messages for subsequent patient visits to the medical facility.

摘要: An example method of operation may include receiving a request from a network, identifying a state of a system coupled to the network, determining a status of the request from the network, and routing the request to a first application when the system is in a predetermined state and the request has a first status and routing the request to a second application when the system is in a state different from the predetermined state and the request has a second status.

摘要: Network site testing of other sites in a communication network environment may be performed with the assistance of all sites participating to identify and confirm failures. One example method of operation may include transmitting a test message from a test site to a network site, the test message solicits a feedback response from the network site, determining whether a feedback response message was received from the network site, and determining whether the network site is in an up state or a down state based on the feedback response message being received or not being received. Other sites and triangulation may be used to confirm a sub-network status.

摘要: A computing system, method and non-transitory computer readable memory are provided, to assist an agent during a client interaction between the agent and a client over a communications channel. An agent station may generate a graphic user interface (GUI) of the client interaction during the client interaction, the GUI displaying a current identified keyword and one or more interaction phases, each interaction phase having a respective current phase score for the client interaction. A keyword and associated keyword information from the client interaction may be received, including phase and corresponding phase score information, and the GUI updated with the currently identified keyword and newly received phase information accounting for the received corresponding phase score information. A situation report may be generated for a designated party, the situation report including an agent identification, and client interaction information including comments entered by the agent relating to the client interaction.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to user access to an application service that references user account information and previous user action information. One example method may include receiving, via a receiver device, user input information to access an application, the user input information including at least one action request and authorizing the user to access the application. The method may also include storing the user input information as part of a contextual history information record in a database memory, generating a response message to the selected at least one action request based on the contextual history information, and forwarding the response message to the user via a transmitter device.
