摘要： Describe herein are methods of constructing fashion accessories using modular origami folding techniques adapted to incorporate a broad range of flexible material. By incorporating and adapting modular origami units, such as Sonobe C units, a variety of fashion accessories can be produced. Improved methods of assembling such units into including fashion accessories, further incorporate attachment mechanisms to allow for more robust construction in a fixed and durable state. A variety of fashion accessory designs produced by the described processes are presented.

The engaged male and female quick connect buckles are always directly visible by someone facing the front of the wearer. The quick connect buckles replace the traditional four-in-hand knot as a decorative design element and may be formed of materials such as wood, metal, or colored plastic providing an interesting and attractive appearance. The necktie panel is supported by the quick connect buckle components in a manner that allows for ready adjustment of the length of the front or display apron of the necktie panel according to a wearer's preference. The male and female quick connect buckle components allow the wearer to interchange one necktie panel for another by a one hand operation without the need for detaching the neckband.

摘要： The invention is an apparatus to add up to five inches of length to a necktie with the application of a 1 inch×6 inch plastic strip utilizing an acrylic adhesive 1 inch×1 inch square to attach the plastic strip to the tie tail or rear portion of the necktie. With the apparatus in place and the necktie is knotted or tied, the additional length enables rear portion of a necktie or tie tail to reach into the keeper loop or label on the back of the tie. The entire necktie is able to move naturally and the rear portion of the necktie or tie tail is kept in place behind the front of the necktie. The rear portion of a necktie or tie tail is able to easily move vertically within the keeper loop or label when the main tie moves during normal wear.
