An inner surface of the transparent fabric panel and the outer surface of the wallet or the purse defines the space therebetween. The adhesive strip is positioned on the outer surface of the wallet or the purse. The adhesive strip releasably seals the transparent fabric panel with the outer surface of the wallet or the purse. The insert element is positioned in the space defined by the transparent fabric panel for displaying the insert element.

At least one opening in the protective case enables detachable attachment of the tethering portion and a fastener.
