Abstract: A portable applicator for uniformly applying insect repellent or sunscreen upon human skin. A jar-like container normally holds the liquid contents. The container is sealed by a circular lid. The lid supports a downwardly-projecting sponge wiper that is saturated with liquid for subsequent topical application. The underside of the lid has a glue area surrounded by a peripheral ring for securing the wiper, and channels for directing fluid. A wringer-saturator, in the form of a foraminous partition, is disposed between the applicator contents and the wiper. When the applicator is closed, the wiper is compressed slightly by contact with the wringer-saturator. As the lid is removed from the container, the wiper will expand slightly, absorbing and holding liquid. When the lid is reattached, the wiper is compressed slightly against the wringer-saturator and liquid is partially expelled. The wiper has a fiberglass fabric covering for preventing dripping and easing topical application.

Abstract: A cosmetic applicator, comprising a sponge to absorb substance and prevent leakage thereof is provided herein. The sponge having an elastic open-cell of a three-dimensional membrane structure of elastic polymer and is double over molded in combination with the rigid plastic base. The sponge has predefined density enabling to absorb the substance and skin surface having predefined thickness to prevent a spontaneous release of the substance. The substance may be squeezed out of the sponge only when applying pressure on the sponge. A Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag is integrated to the rigid plastic base to allow information related storage.

A porous applicator head may be positioned adjacent the distal end of the body and frangible member, so that the composition flows out the body, through the opening, and onto the head. The applicator may be formed in a blow-fill-seal process for improved sterility and ease of manufacture.

Abstract: A portable cosmetic container is disclosed. The portable cosmetic container includes a tube that has a receiving space with an opening at one end, and a crease is located at a bottom portion of the receiving space, so that a user can easily break the tube from the crease to form the opening of the receiving space. Substance is partially filled in the receiving space, and air therein is extracted to form a negative pressure status. It is advantageous that when a user breaks the tube from the crease, the substance will not randomly spray out since the air pressure moves towards the opening to keep the substance in the receiving space.

Abstract: A medical bandage is provided, capable of being rapidly, adjustably, intuitively and universally fitted on a head, limb or stump, for instance to conceal and protect a wound. The medical bandage is cap-shaped, and is formed of several layers, and comprised at least one port for obtaining quick access to a wound concealed by the medical bandage. When open, a port can stabilize a drainage tube, or provide a passage through which to easily and rapidly apply a medicine. The medical bandage can be directly fit on the head or other body part, providing an all-in-one dressing, wrap and treatment, and eliminating the need for cumbersome and difficult to manage gauze roll and multiple bandages of various sizes, shapes, and uses. The medical bandage provides simple, rapid, and effective treatment of emergency trauma wounds, and improved medical treatment of acute or chronic wounds.

Abstract: A composition and method for treating hair loss is disclosed. The composition comprises water-soluble ionizable metal and non-metal components, aqueous and alcohol-based solvents, potassium iodide and citrus essential oil, and is preferably provided as a non-aerosol spray product that is applied to the hair and scalp.
