    摘要: In one preferred form of the present invention, there is provided a rock breaker 10. The rock breaker 10 includes a body 12 having a recess 14 for receiving an impactor 16 that is adapted to rotate about an axis 18 extending longitudinally into the recess 14. The recess 14 includes a curved wall 20 extending along the recess 14. The curved wall 20 has a number of narrow elongate slit-type openings 22 each extending around the recess 14 across the curved wall 20. The slit-type openings 22 are spaced apart in a direction along the body 12 to form a series 68. The impactor 16 includes two impactor bars 28 that are each positioned in an offset position for rotating in a direction along the slit type openings 22, in a direction around the recess 14, with each impactor bar 28 extending across the slit type openings 22 in an adjacent manner.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for crushing a mineral material. Then, the mineral material is delivered in a crushing space (6) towards crushing means (8), whereby at least a portion of the material flow is discharged via a screen (20). The remaining mineral material is arranged to meet transfer and screening as well as crusher drums (10, 11) provided in the crushing space such that the transfer and screening drum continues pre-screening while simultaneously transferring the mineral material towards the crusher drum (11). Finally, the mineral material remaining in the crushing space is by crusher blades (19) of the crusher drum (11) subjected to mechanical machining wedging the mineral material against a crusher plate (21) and decreasing the particle size thereof in order for the mineral material to be finally crushed into a particle size to be discharged from the crushing space.

    摘要: A feeding device is disclosed for feeding cellulose material, such as wood chips to gas swept size reduction machines, and wherein the elimination of foreign particles from the material to be crushed is mainly achieved by pneumatic screening. The device includes a screening passage into which widely spread input material trickles slowly over a slide, having an angle of inclination .beta. which is slightly greater than a friction-angle whose value is determined from its surface roughness. The screening passage is impacted by an air current generated by a cross current fan and which is directed, along a channel, roughly tangentially onto a guiding wall. The guiding wall is arranged at an angle of inclination .gamma., selected so that the guiding wall functions as a pneumatic sorting table, and where it forms with the channel a discharge slit for the foreign particles. The lateral spread of the input material is accomplished in the upper area of the feeding device by cascading surfaces which are arranged at an angle of inclination .alpha., and which are covered with fine mesh screens to eliminate foreign particles of such a fine grain that they may not be effectively pneumatically screened.

    摘要: A bale feeder device for a mixer grinder vehicle includes an elongate conveyor and table structure which is mounted on the mixer grinder vehicle chassis. The conveyor and table structure may be positioned to discharge slabs of hay into the hammer mill of the mixer grinder vehicle to permit the hay to be chopped or ground into small pieces. A feed chute positions the hay bale on the conveyor and table structure to permit conveyor chains having teeth thereon to rip away portions of the bale. A slab feeder roll cooperates with the conveyor chains to convey the slabs of hay along the table where the hay is directed to the hammer mill by feed rolls.
