摘要： A centrifugal separator for separating a liquid phase from crankcase gases of an internal combustion engine includes a separation chamber, a rotor shaft, a rotor inside the separation chamber, an inlet for crankcase gases, a gas outlet, and a liquid outlet for separated liquid phase. The centrifugal separator also includes a liquid outlet chamber, a check valve, and a rotating member. The liquid outlet chamber forms an individual chamber and is arranged in fluid communication with the separation chamber via a liquid passage. The rotating member is connected to the rotor shaft and is arranged inside the liquid outlet chamber. The liquid outlet forms an outlet of the liquid outlet chamber. The check valve is arranged in the liquid outlet.

The centrifuge includes a casing, a shat, a stand tube and a rotor. The casing has an oil inlet, an oil outlet, a moisture outlet and an air inlet. Moisture separated from oil sprayed through a nozzle of the rotor is discharged along with air out of the casing through the moisture outlet. An amount of air identical to the amount of the air discharged through the moisture outlet is introduced into the casing through the air inlet.

摘要： A centrifugal separator for cleaning a gas containing liquid impurities includes a stationary casing including a surrounding sidewall, a first end wall and a second end wall which enclose a space through which a gas flow is permitted. The space includes an upper separation chamber and a lower discharge chamber. The separator further includes an inlet extending through the stationary casing and permitting supply of the gas to be cleaned to the separation chamber, a rotating member including a stack of separation discs and being arranged to rotate around an axis of rotation, wherein the stack of separation discs is arranged in the separation chamber and a drive member for rotating the rotating member. The discharge chamber is arranged axially below the stack of separation discs such that clean gas and separated liquid impurities both enter said discharge chamber after being separated in said stack of separation discs, and further, the separator includes a gas outlet configured to permit discharge of cleaned gas from said stationary casing, wherein the gas outlet includes an outlet opening through the stationary casing and a portion extending from the outlet opening into the discharge chamber. Further, there is a drainage outlet arranged in said discharge chamber and configured to permit discharge of separated liquid impurities from said stationary casing.

摘要： A separator for the centrifugal processing of a flowable product includes a rotatable drum with a vertical rotation axis. The rotatable drum borders a centrifuge chamber and includes a clarifying arrangement in the drum for clarifying the product to be processed in the centrifugal field. The drum has a separating plane between a drum top part and a drum bottom part. A supply system and the drain system are designed on the drum. The separator also includes a housing in which the drum is arranged, the housing having floor part and a housing shell part connectable to the floor part. A separating plane is likewise designed between the floor part and the housing shell part of the housing. The two separating planes are aligned with each other or there is an offset of less than 250 mm between the two separating planes.
