    Abstract: A gyrating nozzle head spray gun includes grip including air inlet, valve seat, gas-delivery tube connected to valve seat and terminating in mating connection screw rod and trigger operable for letting external compressed air go into air inlet and gas-delivery tube, attachment tube connected to mating connection screw rod of the gas-delivery tube, gyrating nozzle head assembly including gas-supply tube connected to mating connection screw rod and suspended in attachment tube, bearing, cap, linking module and gyrating nozzle head mounted on one end of the gas-supply tube, and water-delivery tube having one end extended bottom of coupling hole of gas-delivery tube and connected to water tank for sucking in water and opposite end thereof inserted through gyrating nozzle head for ejecting fluid for creating mist of fine droplets upon ejection of compressed air through the gas-supply tube and oblique jet hole and central axle hole of the gyrating nozzle head.

    Abstract: Spray nozzle systems and methods of use are described herein. The spray nozzle system may include a stationary tube, a rigid rotor, and a sub-medium supply source. The stationary tube may be in fluid communication with a pressurized air source. The substantially rigid rotor is in fluid communication with the pressurized air source. The substantially rigid rotor includes a substantially rigid conduit that is in fluid communication with the passages of the stationary tube and the rotor. A portion of the conduit is substantially arched such that an outlet of the conduit is offset a radial distance in a radial direction from the rotor axis. Pressurized air ejected from the outlet produces directional components of the pressurized air in the direction of rotation about the rotor axis; and during use, the pressurized air rotates the rotor and sucks sub-medium from the sub-medium supply source into the stationary tube passage.

    Abstract: A device for generating a scented mist of an atomized liquid fragrance oil includes an atomizer complex, a reservoir assembly, a drainage tube, and a vacuum tube. The atomizer complex can atomize the liquid fragrance oil into a scented mist and deliver the scented mist to air outside of the atomizer complex, where the liquid fragrance oil the fragrance oil that is not atomized into the scented mist delivered to the air outside of the atomizer complex includes collected oil that is collected and drained to a reservoir assembly. A drainage tube extends from a bottom area of the atomizer complex into the liquid fragrance oil. The device can filter the liquid fragrance oil in the reservoir assembly and the collected oil from the atomizer complex that drained down the drainage tube. The vacuum tube can suction the filtered liquid fragrance oil and the collected oil into the atomizer complex for atomization.

    Abstract: Nozzle assemblies (10) for spray guns are disclosed. The nozzle assemblies (10) generally include a fluid outlet (100) extending along a fluid axis (102), the fluid outlet (100) including a fluid aperture (104) and a fluid side wall (164) defining the fluid aperture (104), an atomizing aperture (108) adjacent the fluid side wall (164) and at least partially surrounding the fluid axis (102), an atomizing inlet (110) configured to receive a pressurized gas, and an adjustment member (150) located on the nozzle assembly (10) and movable to: (i) an atomizing position such that the atomizing inlet (110) is in communication with the atomizing aperture (108), and (ii) a non-atomizing position such that the atomizing inlet (110) is not in communication with the atomizing aperture (108). The foregoing nozzle assemblies (810) allow dispensing of fluid coating media in both spray and bead patterns with improved ease of cleaning, superior spray performance, and adaptability with existing spray gun platforms.

    Abstract: A revolvingly spraying device includes a sheath tube and a revolvingly spraying tube. The revolvingly spraying tube includes a transmitting tube and a curved tube connected with the transmitting tube. The transmitting tube is inserted within the sheath tube. A front bearing is provided in one end, near the curved tube, of the transmitting tube, and a rear bearing is provided in the other end of the transmitting tube. The revolvingly spraying tube has a front position limiting portion radially protruding therefrom to retain the front side of the front bearing, and a rear position limiting portion radially protruding therefrom to retain the rear side of the rear bearing. Thus, the revolvingly spraying device has fewer component parts and is convenient for assembly.

    Abstract: An air-conductive rotary sprinkler includes an air-conductive rotary sprinkling device and an air/fluid supply assembly. The air-conductive rotary sprinkling device further includes a main housing tube, an inner rotary tube and a rotary spray head. The rotary spray head includes a spray-head casing connected with the inner rotary tube and a guide plug installed inside the spray-head casing and further including a helical actuating groove, a helical conductive groove, a central channel and a sideway channel. The fluid in the fluid-conveying pipe can be sprayed along the base axis by the pressured airflow from the central channel, the rotary spray head is rotated by the pressured airflow from the helical air channel, the spray direction of the fluid originally flowing along the base axis is altered by the pressured airflow from the helical conductive channel so as to spray out of the rotary spray head in a rotary manner.
