    摘要: A stencil sheet having a thin stretched thermoplastic resin film supported on an ink pervious porous substrate is positioned on an original manuscript in a manner such that the film may be in close contact with the imaged side of the manuscript. The assembly is then irradiated by a light which is rich in rays having a wavelength ranging from 0.7 to 1.2 microns and has a flash duration of from 10.sup.-4 to 10.sup.-3 second. A xenon-filled electronic flash discharge tube is found to be the most suitable light source. Stencil openings formed thereby on the film surface are excellent in definition and free from marginal swelling therearound. The stencil prepared by this method can produce copies of 2000 or more which correspond exactly with the original manuscript.

    摘要: A screen plate and a manufacturing method of the screen plate, provided for solving a problem of glass cement being thicker at the center and thinner at the border during printing glass cement by use of the screen plate in the prior arts and an inclination of burr generated at the borders. In the screen plate, a pattern layer comprises a plurality of openings, each of which comprises at least two sub-openings which have horizontal dimensions gradually decreasing in a vertical direction from a side close to the screen to a side away from the screen, so that a blade can squeeze the glass cement through a region of the screen corresponding to the sub-opening closest to the screen and further squeeze the glass cement through the plurality of the sub-openings having gradually reduced horizontal dimensions, thereby achieving a uniform output amount of the glass cement at the sub-opening farthest from the screen and eliminating the burr at the border of the printed pattern of the glass cement.

    摘要: A method of making screen printing frames can include, in certain illustrative embodiments, affixing at least two frames to one another, applying a masking film to both frames, exposing the frames, removing the unhardened emulsion in the meshes, and separating the frames from one another for deployment in a screen printing apparatus. This exemplary process can be used to create images in substantially complete registration with one another on frames having different mesh counts. Stated another way, these embodiments permit the use of multiple frames to print different inks through different meshes in a single pass to form images in substantially complete registration with one another. In certain preferred embodiments, a screen printing apparatus can include two frames, each having a mesh with a different pitch, wherein the frames are adapted to receive different inks and held in fixed register during a screen printing operation.
