摘要: An electric powered vehicle may include a battery ECU housed in a battery pack and a vehicle ECU mounted on a vehicle body and communicably connected to the battery ECU. The vehicle ECU may be configured to transmit first and second identification data for detecting communication disruptions to the battery ECU. The battery ECU may be configured to: when the battery ECU receives both the first and the second identification data, determine that the battery ECU is communicably connected to the vehicle ECU and enable a predetermined mutual monitoring function for the vehicle ECU; and when the battery ECU receives the first identification data but does not receive the second identification data, determine that the battery ECU is communicably connected to another ECU other than the vehicle ECU and disable the mutual monitoring function for the vehicle ECU.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a control system, method and device for vehicle redundant power supply. The system comprises: a main power supply circuit comprising a main power supply monitoring module for monitoring the main power supply circuit and generating monitoring information indicating whether a power supply fault exists in the main power supply circuit; and a redundant power supply circuit comprising a redundant power supply monitoring module for monitoring the main power supply circuit and generating monitoring information indicating whether a power supply fault exists in the redundant power supply circuit; and a vehicle control unit connected to the main power supply circuit and the redundant power supply circuit respectively, and configured for determining one of the main power supply circuit and the redundant power supply circuit as a target power supply circuit for vehicle running according to monitoring information.

摘要: An apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a primary power supply (PPS) configured to supply primary power, a PPS sensor configured to measure the power supplied by the PPS and provide a PPS measurement signal indicating an amount of the power supplied by the PPS, a backup power supply (BPS) configured to be provided in an emergency data system and further configured to supply backup power to a modem, and an integrated circuit configured to maintain a clock using the power supplied by the PPS. The integrated circuit is configured to receive the PPS measurement signal from the PPS sensor, determine whether the PPS measurement signal falls below a threshold, and maintain the clock using the power supplied by the BPS in response to a determination that the PPS measurement signal has fallen below the threshold.

摘要: The invention relates to a device for operating a voltage converter (1), in particular a DC converter, of a motor vehicle, which voltage converter has at least two parallel-connected converter strands (4, 5) which are connected between a high-voltage side (2) and a low voltage side (3) of the voltage converter (1) for converting the voltage, having at least one cooling device (8) carrying a coolant (9) and assigned to the converter strands (4, 5), wherein each of the converter strands (4, 5) is assigned at least one temperature sensor (6, 7), comprising the following steps: a) detecting an input voltage, an output voltage and an operating current of each converter strand (4, 5), b) detecting a current converter strand temperature by means of the respective temperature sensor (6, 7), c) determining a respective coolant temperature as a function of the values detected in steps a) and b), d) comparing the two determined coolant temperatures (T_1, T_2) with each other and e) determining the serviceability of the temperature sensors (6, 7) on the basis of the result of the comparison.

摘要: A power distribution system is provided that ensures that a car is able to operate safely in an autonomous mode. The system includes multiple power rails, including a pair of safety critical power rails. Associated with each safety critical power rail is a safety switch, vehicle sensors (e.g., vehicle location and obstacle sensors), vehicle actuators (e.g., braking and steering actuators) and an autonomous control unit. If a fault is detected during vehicle initialization or general operation, the safety switch which detected the fault opens and that particular power rail is decoupled from the general purpose power rail as well as the remaining safety critical power rail. The remaining safety critical power rail is then able to provide power to a sufficient number of sensors, actuators and controllers to allow the car to safely and autonomously complete an emergency stop on the side of the road.
