摘要： A fastener storage and organizer tray for storing, organizing, transporting headed fasteners, mating nuts, washers, screws, and other fasteners and fittings. The tray has a bottom wall bounded by upstanding peripheral side walls, and a plurality of individual compartments defined by upstanding lateral and transverse divider walls. At least one compartment has a generally rectangular raised platform with a horizontal top surface and a recessed trough at each end. The shanks of headed fasteners are supported on the platform surface with the heads and ends of the shanks in laterally adjacent alternating inverted side-by-side relation over the troughs at the ends of the platform. A fastener is easily removed by pressing down on the end of the shank to pivot it downward and raise the head of the fastener, and grasping the head of the fastener to remove it from the compartment, or vice versa.

摘要： A collating system for rivets is provided that includes a rivet holder for supporting rivets in a predetermined pattern. In one form, the rivet holder includes a body having cavities for supporting the rivets therein. The rivet holder body includes a top plate member and a bottom plate member. The rivet holder has drive heads connected to the top plate member via frangible portions and the bottom plate member has retaining webs disposed below the drive heads. The top and bottom plates are secured together to capture heads of the rivets between the drive heads and retaining webs. The drive heads may be driven downward to drive the rivet heads from the rivet holder and into bores of a guide block with the retaining webs flexing to release the rivet head from the lower bottom plate member. A method of using the rivet collating system is also disclosed.

摘要： A tool holder holds one or more tools when not being used. The tool holder comprises a body with a plurality of tool retainers for removably receiving a tool and a plurality of posts for securing the tool within the tool holder body when the tool holder is in a closed configuration. In some embodiments, the tool retainers are holding tubes, pockets or slots. In order to couple a tool with the tool holder, a lock door is moved to an open position and the tool is inserted into a tool retainer of the tool holder. Then the locked door is moved to a closed position where it is positioned over the tool and the tool is secured within the tool holder. The tool is securely held within the tool holder body and is not removable when the tool holder is in the closed position. In some embodiments, the tool holder is configured to hold a L-shaped hexagonal or round tool. In some embodiments, the tool holder is able to hold a plurality of tools of different sizes.

摘要： One component or embodiment of a locking medical container is the quality of the material used. The sterile non-chemically reactive polypropylene container is suitable for most medical applications. The lock and all its components are made strong to secure the medications from all but the prescribed user. This is done by using a structural method that joins the parts in such a manner as to produce a solid locking unit. The snap in capability of some of the parts used remove manufacture difficulties that are found in other locking devices. This unit when completed is sealed, sterile and very strong. The user simply rotates the tumbler and removes the cavity obstruction to gain access to the contents of the container.

Each sleeve has an upper breakable collar, a middle wall portion, and a lower collar. The outer cross section of the lower collar has a substantially circular shape; the outer cross section of the upper collar has a near-rectangular shape. The upper collar has a smaller thickness than the lower collar, which enables the carrier to fit into and be used with fastener driving tools of different brands and models. The carrier is made of a plastic material such as high density polyethylene.
