摘要： Compounds having cytotoxic and/or anti-mitotic activity are disclosed. The compounds have the following structure (I): including stereoisomers, pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are as defined herein. Methods associated with preparation and use of such compounds, as well as pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, are also disclosed. Also disclosed are compositions having the structure: (T)-(L)-(D), wherein (T) is a targeting moiety, (L) is an optional linker, and (D) is a compound having structure (I).

摘要： Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 independently of one another are hydrogen, halogen, methyl or ethyl,R.sub.4 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl or (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl)-methyl, and either(i) R.sub.5 is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl or (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl)-methyl, whileR.sub.6 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl or (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 -cycloalkyl)-methyl, or(ii) R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached represent a 5- or 6-membered heterocyclic ring optionally substituted by one or more C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl groups and optionally including an oxygen or sulphur atom within the ring system, possess valuable insecticidal and in particular acaricidal properties.
