    摘要: The present invention provides a substrateless double-sided adhesive sheet having an excellent optical inspection property by suppressing defects owing to foreign matters (such as oligomers) generated during a production process thereof which can exhibit a high productivity based on a high yield in a step of laminating a prepared adhesive sheet onto another member. The present invention relates to a substrateless double-sided adhesive sheet comprising an adhesive layer, a first release film laminated on one surface of the adhesive layer and a second release film laminated on another surface of the adhesive layer, the first release film comprising a biaxially oriented polyester film and a release layer formed on the polyester film, in which the release layer comprises a silicone resin comprising an alkenyl group and alkyl group as functional groups and a migration component, and a platinum-based catalyst, and has a residual adhesion rate of 60 to 90%, a low-speed peel force of 10 to 20 mN/cm as measured at a rate of 300 mm/min, and a high-speed peel force being not more than 2.5 times the low-speed peel force as measured at a rate of 10000 mm/min, and further exhibits a Martens' hardness of not less than 400 N/mm2 as measured at a testing force of 0.10 mN using a triangular pyramid indenter with an apex angle of 115°.

    摘要: Presently described are linerless sheeting articles comprising a substrate, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the substrate, and a water soluble protective layer disposed on the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The water soluble protective layer comprises at least 50 wt-% solids of a water soluble polymer and a polymer additive comprising a fluorinated-group, a silane group, or a combination thereof. The polymer additive is typically present in an amount no greater than 5 wt-% solids. In a favored embodiment, the polymer additive is an oligomer. Methods of making and applying the sheeting article are also described.

    摘要: A technique for improving the adhesive force between a biodegradable base film and a rubbery adhesive layer. An adhesive tape is obtained by rubbing the surface of a biodegradable film 9 by a means of rubbing 7 and then applying solution of ingredients of adhesive layer thereonto, thus forming an adhesive layer. The adhesion force between the base film and the adhesive layer is improved by the rubbing treatment. When the solution of ingredients of adhesive layer is an aqueous system, it is also possible that solution of ingredients of primer layer containing an organic compound as a solvent is applied onto the rubbed surface to thereby form a primer layer followed by the formation of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer may contain fillers, coloring agents, age resistors, etc. so long as the biodegradability is not deteriorated thereby. It is preferable that a separate film to be bonded to the surface of the adhesive layer is also a biodegradable one.

    摘要: Disclosed is a waterproofing membrane that comprises a carrier sheet, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of the carrier sheet, and a protective coating layer on the adhesive layer. The protective coating layer comprises a highly reflective protective coating layer operative to bond to concrete cast against it, particularly one that is produced from an aqueous coating comprising an acrylic emulsion, a filler, and a white pigment. The pigment volume concentration of the filler plus white pigment is greater than or equal to 55% by volume. The protective coating layer protects the membrane against weather exposure, tolerates foot traffic and strongly adheres to concrete cast against it. Also disclosed is a waterproofing membrane comprising a carrier sheet, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, a protective coating layer, and a highly releasable bonding layer. The preferred highly releasable bonding layer comprises nanoscale silica and a binder.
