    摘要: A radiation image conversion panel containing: a stimulable phosphor plate having a stimulable phosphor layer on a substrate; a first protective film provided on a stimulable phosphor layer of the substrate, the first protective film not being adhered to the surface of the stimulable phosphor layer and having a peripheral area extending outside of substrate; and a second protective film provided on the opposite side of the substrate to the stimulable phosphor layer, the second protective film having a peripheral area extending outside of the substrate, wherein the peripheral area of the first protective film and the peripheral area of the second protective film are heat-sealed with each other; and the radiation image conversion panel has a dehydrating function to dehydrate a space surrounded by the first protective film and the second protective film.

    摘要: A bright, short wavelength blue-violet phosphor for electroluminescent displays comprises an alkaline-based halide as a host material and a rare earth as a dopant. The host alkaline chloride can be chosen from the group II alkaline elements, particularly strontium chloride (SrCl.sub.2) or calcium chloride (CaCl.sub.2), which, with a europium (Eu) or cerium (Ce) rare earth dopant, electroluminesces at a peak wavelength of 404 and 367 nanometers (nm) respectively. The resulting emissions have CIE chromaticity coordinates which lie at the boundary of the visible range for the human eye thereby allowing a greater range of colors for full color flat panel electroluminescent (FPEL) displays.

    摘要: A light emitting diode (LED) package unit, including a substrate having a concave, a LED chip, at least two electrodes, at least two wires, a gel and a first wavelength-converting material. The LED chip, disposed in the concave, including a top-face, a bottom-face for jointing with the substrate, and at least two chip-electrodes. The LED chip emits light of a first wavelength. The electrodes are disposed on the substrate. The wires are respectively connecting one of the chip-electrode with one of the electrode. The gel is disposed to seal the LED chip and the wires. The first wavelength-converting material including Sr—Si—O—N:Eu is doped within the gel. The first wavelength-converting material absorbs light of the first wavelength and emits light of a second wavelength longer than the first wavelength.

There is provided an electroluminescence device for emitting light through recombination of a hole injected from an anode and an electron injected from a cathode, wherein a single organic compound layer or plural organic compound layers are provided between the anode and the cathode, and an inorganic compound is dispersed in at least one layer of the organic compound layers.
