    摘要: An adjustable impact casing for use in a shaft furnace is formed of a plurality of upwardly extending segments. The segments are arranged into an inner circular row enclosed by an outer circular row. In each row, the segments are spaced angularly apart and are offset to the segments in the other row with their upwardly extending edges arranged in overlapping and substantially contacting relationship. The segments are pivotally supported about axes arranged transversely of the upright axis of the casing and the segments in the inner row are secured to one drive arrangement while the segments in the outer row are secured to another but similar drive arrangement. The two drive arrangements are controlled for moving the segments so that a time delay is provided between the movement of the segments in the inner row and the movement of the segments in the outer row.

    摘要: The charging positions of iron bearing materials and a solid reducing agent to be charged into a blast furnace are adjusted by using a variable charging means such as an armor plate so that iron bearing materials and solid reducing materials alternately accumulate in the vertical direction of the furnace in layers which have coaxial circular vertices. The ore-coke ratio in the charged and accumulated beds of material in the furnace is substantially uniform in the radial direction of the furnace, resulting in a uniform upward gas flow rate at any section in the furnace. Thus, stabilized furnace operation and maximum furnace performance are achieved by improved gas utilization and the smooth entry of the falling charge material to the furnace.

    摘要: The charge distributing apparatus for blast furnaces comprises a charge distributing plate which is located below the lower bell and above the surface of the deposited charge and which is slanted at a predetermined angle, a guiding member to guide said distributing plate horizontally which is securely fixed to the blast furnace wall, and a driving system to drive said distributing plate back and forth along said guiding member. The distributing plate of the apparatus facilitates to shifting the position of charge disposal in a blast furnace, so that the surface of the deposited charge will be even.
