摘要: The present invention relates to bars for load transmission, which if anchored in concrete slabs create a support between them, forming semi-rigid joints and accompanying the differential settlements of the foundation bed, as a result of the rotation in the vertical direction about the joint axis, and transmitting the load from a slab to the other, ensuring a perfect leveling of the surface thereof when occurring elastic movements of the foundations, and allowing the possibility of removing the slabs at any time and reuse them again, due to the telescopic effect of the bars. The telescopic function of the bar which allows its support between slabs created a new possibility of obtaining prefabricated floorings of easy manufacture and assembly in situ, creating a new concept in the construction of roads, ports, airports, railways, industrial areas, etc., which distinguishes the present invention from the closest state of the art.

摘要: A pavement slab includes a top surface, a bottom surface opposite the top surface, first and second longitudinal side surfaces, each of which extends from the top surface to the bottom surface, and first and second transverse side surfaces, each of which extends from the top surface to the bottom surface. At least one transverse tube is positioned intermediate the top surface and the bottom surface and extends from an inlet at the first longitudinal side surface to a second end intermediate the first and second longitudinal side surfaces. The at least one transverse tube is sized and shaped to convey a binder material. At least one vertical tube extends from each of the at least one transverse tube to the bottom surface. The at least one vertical tube is sized and shaped to convey the binder material.

摘要: Various monolithic pavers are one-piece pavers with no seams, joints, or connections. A monolithic paver can be formed via three dimensional (3D) printing or molding. The monolithic paver is designed to carry applied loads to paver support(s) via structural members of the monolithic paver. The monolithic paver is formed to include parallel structural members that are spaced with gaps there between. The parallel structural members include top flanges and webs. The parallel structural members can also include bottom flanges. Moreover, the monolithic paver can have exterior sides that have tongues and grooves formed there along; tongues can be formed along adjoining exterior sides of the monolithic paver.

摘要: A removable modular slab for use in the construction industry includes an upper surface, a lower surface, first and second opposing end surfaces, and a conduit extending from an aperture in the upper surface to an aperture in an end surface. The slab is end-to-end abuttable with a second removable modular slab, having: (i) a conduit extending from an aperture in the upper surface to an aperture in an end surface, and/or (ii) a cavity extending from an aperture in an end surface into the slab, whereby the conduits are mateable so as to form an elongate conduit through the two slabs. Such elongate conduit is accessible through the apertures in the upper surfaces of each slab. By such access, a first joining structure is removably locatable to join the two slabs together. Cavities may terminate within the second slab and only be accessible through the aperture in the upper surface of the first slab, into which a joining structure is removably locatable to join the two slabs together. A modular surface system includes two such slabs and a joining structure to join the two slabs together.
