The unlocked position is a function of the presence of a matching key in the keyway. Multiple key mass and spring mass pins can be used, some or all of which can have stepped configurations, and corresponding single-bladed or multi-bladed keys, or multiple keys, can be used. The keys can be straight or curved in any of various planes, or they can be straight but flexible to match curved keyways. Curves can be unidirectional or compound. Relative motion between the key mass and spring mass can be in a plane or along straight line or circular.

摘要： A cylinder lock has a housing with a rotatably insertable cylinder having a key passage for an insertable flat key whose front part has locking notches associated with cylinder pins arranged in openings of the cylinder for retaining the cylinder pins. The flat key is provided at both its lateral sides with longitudinal grooves for receiving longitudinal ribs provided on the lateral sides of the key passage for the lateral profile variation. The longitudinal grooves on both lateral faces of the flat key lie with their bottom faces on lines which extend parallel to and at a distance from one another. The parallel lines extending at a distance from one another are arcuate at least in one partial region, and the convexly protruding central part of one arcuate line extend at least close to a straight line connecting the end points of the second arcuate line.

摘要： The present invention provides a burglarproof lock core structure which forms a curved passage between a key slot of a plug and a lower pin chamber, such that at least a bending concave surface offsetting the center of the key slot is formed at one side, and cone apexes of a plurality of lower pins are extended out of the lower pin chamber and aligned in the wall edge of the key slot. Moreover, a control valve with a cone apex is located at the other end corresponding to the bending surface inside the key slot, such that a key with curvature corresponding to the passage and notches corresponding to the cone apexes is required to open the lock, thereby having the effect of high security of burglarproof.

摘要： This invention describes a pickproof lock consisting of a rotating cylinder provided with two sets of opposing tumblers. The tumblers permit a very thin key to be inserted between them. The key is made of a ribbon material of the order of one-hundredth of an inch thick and the tumblers are displaced in both directions from the center so that manipulation of a lockpicking tool becomes very difficult, since the tool must be as thin as the key and each set of tumblers must be in the correct position for the cylinder in turn.

摘要： A lock assembly has a lock body and a flexible key. The lock body includes at least two plug pieces having confronting faces with longitudinal curved grooves. The plug pieces cooperatively form a cylindrical plug. The curved grooves are complementary so as to form a longitudinal curved keyway with a cross-section that is shaped to have an upright first portion and a cross-wise second portion. A first set of tumbler members is provided on the cylindrical plug and extends in the direction of the upright first portion. A second set of tumbler members is provided on the cylindrical plug and extends in the direction of the cross-wise second portion. The flexible key is adapted to be received in the curved keyway and is useful for actuating the tumbler members. The flexible key includes a chain of successively hinged knuckles. Some of the knuckles incorporate a first set of key bit projections which extend in the direction of the upright first portion of the curved keyway so as to actuate the first set of tumbler members. Some of the knuckles incorporate a second set of key bit projections which extend in the direction of the cross-wise second portion of the curved keyway so as to actuate the second set of tumbler members.

摘要： A soft key includes a main body, a shank casing, and a shank. The main body includes a compartment defined by a pair of wall tracks. The shank casing is mounted in the main body and movable along the wall tracks between a first position in the main body and a second position out of the main body. The shank is extended through a longitudinal hole of the shank casing and the compartment of the main body. The shank includes a first end positioned in the main body and a second end, a plurality of key sections being attached to the second end of the shank in series. Each two adjacent key sections are connected by a pin, thereby allowing relative pivotal movement therebetween. Each key section includes a depression in a side thereof. An outermost key section that is most distal to the shank includes at least one slanted face.
