    摘要: A rotatable body includes a rotor and n buckets, each bucket being coupled to the rotor in a tangential entry manner. The rotor supports each of the n buckets coupled to the rotor, so the buckets may be stably coupled to the rotor, using a unified annular dovetail tenon that protrudes axially from the rotor. Each bucket includes a bucket dovetail mortise for engaging with the unified annular dovetail tenon in order to couple the bucket to the rotor. A method of manufacturing the rotatable body includes assembling first to (n−1)th buckets with the rotor wheel by successively inserting the first to (n−1)th buckets through the tangential entry; assembling the nth bucket with the adapter; assembling the adapter with the rotor wheel, by inserting the adapter assembled with the nth bucket into the tangential entry; and collectively moving all the buckets by one half pitch in the circumferential direction.

    摘要: A compressor blade mounting arrangement includes a compressor blade having an airfoil, a base attachment and a platform disposed between the airfoil and the base attachment. The base attachment includes a first root portion extending radially inwardly from the platform and a second root portion extending radially inwardly from the platform, the first root portion and the second root portion defining a hollow portion therebetween. The base attachment also includes a compression plate disposed within the hollow portion and in fitted engagement with the first root portion and the second root portion. The base portion further includes at least one tab protruding from at least one of the first root portion and the second root portion. The compressor blade mounting arrangement also includes a wheel including a channel extending from a base wall to a rim of the wheel, the channel having a varying opening width.

    摘要: The present application relates to the compressor drum of an axial turbomachine. The drum includes a wall of revolution that forms a hollow body. The wall includes two annular retaining surfaces of the blades which mate with corresponding retaining surfaces of the said blades.     摘要: An arrangement and a method for mounting articulated turbine buckets in axial entry slots of rotor wheels. A curvature on a vertical plane may be incorporated on an axial male dovetail projection of the bucket root and the associated axial female dovetail slot of the rotor wheel. The curvature facilitates loading of buckets otherwise precluded by interferences, such as interlocking tip shrouds on adjacent buckets. Such loading may be provided by locating the shroud tip shroud in proximity to an adjacent tip shroud and pivoting the root end of the bucket around the location of the tip shroud such that the arc formed by the bucket allows the curvature of the axial male dovetail projection to swing into the axial female dovetail slot of the rotor wheel.

    摘要: Swivel dovetail connections, such as a tangential entry, straight axial entry or curved axial entry dovetails, for connecting a blade and a rotor wheel in a turbomachine are disclosed. A modified shape of dovetail contact surfaces creates a swivel dovetail connection between blades and rotor wheels, and allows limited motion of blades relative to wheels, while still maintaining the structural connection between blades and wheels. The swivel dovetail connection is achieved by providing concave or convex dovetail contact surfaces between a rotor wheel and a blade such that the contact surfaces lie along a common substantially toroidal arc, an axially extending, substantially cylindrical arc, or a substantially frusto-conical arc.
