    摘要: A working machine includes a throttle cable for transmitting an amount of operation of a throttle lever to a throttle valve, upper and lower guide rollers for guiding the throttle cable, and a throttle cable tightening/loosening means including a pivotable arm portion having a pressing roller located between the upper and lower guide rollers. The working machine further includes connecting means interconnecting the arm portion and a clutch lever. Operation of the clutch lever moves the pressing roller between a tightening position to tighten the throttle cable and a slackening position to slacken the throttle cable.

    摘要: A straddle type vehicle includes a protrusion which is displaced together with a throttle valve, a lever pulley which is displaced in response to the rotation of a throttle grip, a spring and a control device. The spring generates elastic force to return the protrusion to a first original position when the lever pulley is in a second original position. The spring maintains the lever pulley in the second original position by being elastically deformed until the protrusion reaches a predetermined position in which the protrusion is displaced from the first original position in such a direction that the throttle valve opens when the lever pulley is in the second original position. The control device opens the throttle valve by displacing the protrusion until the protrusion reaches the predetermined position in a gear shift change when the throttle grip is fully closed.

    摘要: A throttle opening degree detecting apparatus includes a resin gear, a permanent magnet, a yoke and a magnetic sensor. The resin gear is connected to a throttle shaft of a throttle valve and provided with a depressed boss portion in an axial position. The permanent magnet is mounted and secured along an inner peripheral surface of the boss portion in the resin gear without an adhesive. The yoke is mounted and secured along the inner peripheral surface of the boss portion in the resin gear without an adhesive. The magnetic sensor is arranged in a fixed side so as to oppose to the permanent magnet in a non-contact manner and outputs a signal indicating a rotation angle of the resin gear as an opening degree of the throttle valve. The resin gear is insert-molded with the yoke and the permanent magnet.

    摘要: A Dual Radius Geometry Accelerator Control System is provided in which the throttle valve is made to open slowly during the off-idle range of operation then progressively faster during the mid-range operation until a maximum system actuation rate is reached. The throttle valve is then made to open at a gradually decreasing actuation rate until a local minimum actuation rate is reached at the point during the full throttle range of operation that downshifting occurs. Thereafter, the throttle valve is made to open at a substantially linear actuation rate as the control system approaches wide-open throttle. This unique throttle valve actuation scheme is achieved through an inventive control member with a dual radius design for opening the throttle valve at a non-linear actuation rate in response to the linear travel of the accelerator cable and a guide connected to the control member for contacting the accelerator cable such that, in a first range of accelerator pedal actuation, the accelerator cable contacts the guide at an engagement point to open the throttle valve at a first continuously changing actuation rate that reaches a maximum system value at a cross-over point, and in a second phase of accelerator pedal actuation, the accelerator cable pulls the control member from a pull point to open the throttle valve at a second continuously changing actuation rate that has a local minimum value.

    摘要: A throttle control apparatus carries out electronic throttle control, wherein a throttle valve is opened and closed by a motor actuated in accordance with depression of an accelerator pedal. It includes an accelerator lever actuated by the accelerator pedal, a throttle lever provided with the throttle valve, a motor lever actuated by the motor so as to operate the throttle lever in a valve-opening direction and in a valve-closing direction, a limp home lever, and an urging spring for urging the motor lever and the throttle lever in the valve-closing direction. The limp home lever is held rotatably on the throttle lever so as to rotate to an engagement position where it can mechanically engage with the accelerator lever and to a siding position where it cannot mechanically engage therewith. The urging spring also actuates the limp home lever so as to rotate to the siding position when electronic throttle control is carried out by the motor, and actuates it so as to rotate to the engagement position when electronic throttle control is not carried out by the motor.
