摘要: The invention provides an exhaust purification device capable of suppressing the temporal decrease in NOx catalyst removal efficiency due to soot accumulation. The invention provides an exhaust purification device using an air injection nozzle to inject pressurized air into a casing of a catalyst reactor containing an NOx catalyst as a catalyst and removing soot adhering to the NOx catalyst, wherein it is determined and externally notified that there is abnormal deterioration in the NOx catalyst when the pressure difference ΔP in exhaust between the upstream and downstream sides of the NOx catalyst has increased by at least a first reference pressure difference increase ΔPt1, which is the allowable amount of pressure difference increase, above the pressure difference ΔPi in exhaust between the upstream and downstream sides of the catalyst in the initial state at the same exhaust flow rate Ve.

摘要: The present invention has an object to put into practical use an air purification system for a vehicle, which incorporates an ozone purifier formed to contain an activated carbon. The air purification system for a vehicle provided by the present invention includes an ozone purifier that is formed to contain an activated carbon therein and disposed on a surface of a vehicle component disposed at a position at which an air flow path is formed while the vehicle is running. The air purification system for a vehicle also includes a purification inhibitor remover that is disposed upstream of the ozone purifier in the above-described flow path, for removing a component inhibiting purification of ozone by the ozone purifier, from the air flowing into the ozone purifier. The ozone purifier may, for example, be disposed on a radiator and the purification inhibitor remover on a condenser or a sub-radiator.

摘要: An air cleaner unit for a vehicle includes an air cleaner element and an air cleaner housing to be arranged generally above ring portions of a fan shroud. The air cleaner element is disposed in the air cleaner housing such that a predetermined space is provided between a lower surface of the air cleaner element and an inner surface of a bottom wall of the air cleaner housing. The bottom wall of the air cleaner housing includes at least two arcuate portions to correspond to the ring portions of the fan shroud and a projecting portion between the arcuate portions. The projecting portion projects downwardly and is configured to increase the volume of the predetermined space.

摘要: Engine cooling structure directs cooling air, introduced into a case by operation of a fan, to a cylinder block of an engine and then discharges the cooling air out of the case through an outlet port along meandering flow passages. Case cooling structure directs cooling along the inner surface of the case. Further cooling flow passage directs the air to vertically-oriented heat radiating fins so that the cooling air flows upward along the fins and then is discharged through the outlet port. Metal cooling-fan cover is supported by the lower cover via mounting members, and a resin-made cover guide is fastened to the engine together with supporting portions and interposed between the fan cover and the engine.

摘要: A work vehicle operating in a highly contaminated environment has a radiator with a rotary screen debris removal device upstream of the radiator. The debris thus removed passes through a fan for disposal away from the work machine. The engine is an air breathing fuel consuming engine and has a pre-cleaner for removing larger particles of air delivered to the engine for combustion. A conduit extends from the intake air pre-cleaner to a venturi device adjacent to and upstream of the fan for continuously and effectively removing particles from the engine air pre-cleaner.
