    摘要: An ultra-high pressure generator includes: an intensifier that discharges pressurized fluid and has a double-acting drive cylinder formed to have a first chamber and a second chamber which are delimited by a piston driven by a working medium, high pressure cylinders which discharge the pressurized fluid, and plungers which reciprocate with the piston in the high pressure cylinders; a closed-circuit working medium pump having a first and second ports as suction/discharge ports for the working medium; a drive source that drives the closed-circuit working medium pump; a first working medium channel that communicates the first chamber with the first port; and a second working medium channel that communicates the second chamber with the second port, wherein the closed-circuit working medium pump sucks/discharges the working medium from/to the first and second chambers respectively via the first and second ports to drive the intensifier.

The pump may have a housing, a body rotatably disposed within the housing and at least partially defining a plurality of barrels, a plurality of plungers associated with the plurality of barrels, and a swashplate tiltable by a swivel torque to vary a displacement of the plurality of plungers relative to the plurality of barrels. The pump may also have a port plate with an inlet port, a discharge port, and a protrusion. The port plate may be configured to engage an end of the rotatable body. The pump may further have at least one piston disposed within the housing and configured to selectively engage the protrusion of the port plate to rotate the port plate and adjust the swivel torque.

    摘要: A variable-displacement type fluid pump or motor comprises, essentially, a rotor having ball pistons movable in the axial direction, a pair of cam members against which the ball pistons abut, ports for supplying hydraulic fluid into and discharging the same out of spaces between the ball pistons within cylindrical bores, a valve sleeve having ports for determining the timing of supply and discharge of the hydraulic fluid, and means for transmitting the rotation of the cam member to the valve sleeve. One of the pair of cam members is fixed, while the other is rotatably supported to a casing. The valve sleeve is also rotatably supported and is rotated by an angle equal to onehalf of the rotational angle of the movable cam member in the same direction by the rotation of the movable cam member transmitted by way of the rotation transmitting means.

    摘要: A hydrostatic positive displacement machine has a cylinder drum (4) located in a housing (9) and rotatable around an axis of rotation (2). During rotation of the cylinder drum (4), a piston bore (5) is placed in alternating communication with an inlet side (E) and an outlet side (A). The inlet side (E) and outlet side (A) comprise connections (21; 22) to a control plate (12). A reversing device (30) is located in a reversing area (25; 26) between the connections (21, 22) on the control plate (12). The reversing device (30) damps the pressure adjustment between a displacement chamber (V) and the pressure present in the connection (21; 22). The reversing device (30) includes at least two flow connections which are actuated simultaneously by the displacement chamber (V) as it moves along the reversing area (25; 26).

    摘要: A variable delivery hydraulic equipment is designed to be operated as a pump or a motor and includes a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores on the same circumference thereof and a plurality of plunger assemblies each disposed within the cylinder bore. The plunger assembly has a pair of plungers oppositely disposed within the cylinder bore so as to define a chamber therebetween and slidably movable within the cylinder bore. A pair of cams are disposed in contact with opposite plungers with the cylinder block disposed therebetween. The cams each have a cam surface for imparting a plurality of reciprocatory movements in one cycle to the opposite plunger in a manner that the moving velocities of the opposite plungers are different from each other in all phase position. The cam surfaces are formed to have sine curves each having two crests and a different stroke. In consequence, the volume of the chamber between the opposite plungers is always varied. The hydraulic equipment can perform a plurality of discharge and suction operations in one cycle without any pulsating movement. It is therefore possible to obtain a small-sized hydraulic equipment also capable of effecting a high speed operation.
