    摘要: Drilling mud is lifted subsea to a drilling vessel with a mud pump having an internal bladder. Applying pressurized water to one side of the bladder urges it against a quantity of the mud to impart a lifting force onto the mud. Mud flow to and from the pump is controlled by valves driven by actuators. The actuators include a piston in a cylinder, a stem that connects the piston to a valve member, and ports for supplying fluid to opposing ends of the piston for selectively reciprocating the piston. Cavities are strategically location in the cylinder for absorbing vibrational forces generated when the piston reaches an end of its stroke.

    摘要: A high pressure fuel pump unit includes a pump head where an inlet channel opens into a low-pressure chamber itself in fluid communication with a compression chamber. A valve is arranged so that when it is closed the fuel fills the low-pressure chamber and when the valve opens the fuel flows from the low-pressure chamber into the compression chamber. The pump head also includes a resilient member arranged so that when the valve is closed, the resilient member deforms to increase the volume of the low pressure chamber. When the valve opens, the fuel flows into the compression chamber, pushed by the resilient member which takes back its original shape.

    摘要: A linear compressor is provided that may include a shell in which a discharge port may be provided, a cylinder disposed in the shell to define a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston disposed to be reciprocated in an axial direction within the cylinder, a discharge valve disposed on or at one side of the cylinder to selectively discharge the refrigerant compressed in the compression space, a valve spring coupled to the discharge valve to provide a restoring force, and a stopper coupled to the valve spring to restrict deformation of the valve spring. The stopper may include a guide recessed in a direction in which the valve spring is deformed to reduce an impulse between the stopper and the valve spring.

    摘要: A high-pressure valve assembly includes a flange defining an axis. Projecting into the flange is a valve body which is sealed against the flange by a static ring seal. Provided on one side of the valve body is a spring-loaded closure member which is supported for movement in a direction of the axis to form a suction valve, and on another side of the valve body in opposition to the one side is a spring-loaded tappet which is supported for movement in the direction of the axis to form a pressure valve. A channel connects the suction valve with the pressure valve and has one end porting into a pressure chamber of the valve body adjacent to the pressure valve. The pressure chamber extends in axial direction of the tappet and is sized to extend substantially above a bottom edge of the ring seal.

    摘要: A compressor has a suction throttle valve, which includes a suction passage, a suction port, a valve body, an urging member, a valve chamber, a first communication hole, a closing valve and a valve seat. The closing valve closes the hole of the valve body by pressure difference between the valve chamber and the suction port. The valve seat limits movement of the closing valve toward the suction port. The hole of the valve body is closed when the closing valve is in contact with the valve body, and open when the closing valve is in contact with the valve seat. A communication passage is formed in the closing valve or the valve seat, which enables communication between the hole of the valve body and the suction port when the closing valve is in contact with the valve seat.
