摘要: A scroll fluid machine includes a pair of a fixed scroll (15) and an orbiting scroll (16). The scroll fluid machine has an one-side stepped scroll structure in which a stepped part (16E) is provided only at a predetermined position on a tooth bottom surface (16D) of a involute spiral wrap (16B) of one of the fixed scroll (15) and the orbiting scroll (16) in a spiral direction, and a stepped part (15E) corresponding to the stepped part (16E) on the tooth bottom surface (16D) is provided only at a predetermined position on a tooth top surface (15C) of a involute spiral wrap (15B) of the other scroll in a spiral direction. The stepped part (16E) on the tooth bottom surface (16D) is provided at a position on an inner side of a spiral end position (16F) of the involute spiral wrap (16B) at intake closure by an involute angle of n radians in the spiral direction or at a position on an outer side of the inner-side position.

摘要: A scroll compressor of the present invention includes a partition plate 20, a fixed scroll 30, an orbiting scroll 40, a rotation-restraining member 90 and a main bearing 60. An inner wall of a fixed spiral lap 32 of the fixed scroll 30 is formed up to a location close to an ending-end of an orbiting spiral lap 42 of the orbiting scroll 40, thereby differentiating, from each other, a containment capacity of one (50A) of compression chambers and a containment capacity of the other compression chamber 50B, the fixed scroll 30 can move in an axial direction of the fixed scroll between the partition plate 20 and a main bearing 60, and high pressure is applied to a discharge space 30H formed between the partition plate 20 and the fixed scroll 30. According to this, the fixed scroll 30 can be pressed against the orbiting scroll 40.

摘要: A scroll compressor is provided that can cool a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll effectively via cooling fins. A scroll compressor includes: a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll that performs orbiting motion with respect to the fixed scroll and is combined with the fixed scroll so as to form, with the fixed scroll, a compression space to compress fluid; cooling fins that are provided on the back of the fixed scroll; and cooling fins that are provided on the back of the orbiting scroll. The cooling fins and the cooling fins are taller in a central portion than in the circumference of the central portion.

摘要: A scroll-type compressor whose capacity can be easily changed and with which an inconvenience can be prevented is provided. A scroll-type compressor includes a fixed scroll having a first spiral-shaped wall member provided upright on a side surface of a first end plate, and an orbiting scroll having a second spiral-shaped wall member provided upright on a side surface of the second end plate, the orbiting scroll being supported so as to be capable of orbital revolution movement while being prevented from self rotation by meshing the wall members with each other. Wall-member stepped portions having a small height at the center and a large height at the outer side in a direction along the spiral are formed on the upper edges of the first and second wall members. End-plate height-difference portions having a large height at the center and a small height at the outer side in the direction along the spiral are formed on the side surfaces of the first and second end plates, at positions facing the wall-member stepped portions. One of the first and second wall members has a cutout portion formed at the outer end in the direction along the spiral and has a smaller spiral-end angle than the other of the first and second wall members.

For this purpose, in a crankshaft 60 used for a driving force transmission system, a reinforced shaft unit 63 and a circular column-like large diameter unit 61 are formed at an end of a rotating shaft 16, a material is produced by a cold forging process so that an eccentric shaft 62 projects from the circular column-like large diameter unit 61, the circular column-like large diameter unit 61 is rotatably coupled to a housing 11 via a needle bearing 64, and the variable circling radius mechanism is stably operated with rigidity increased by the reinforced shaft unit 63.

摘要: A rotary fluid machine includes a cylinder with an annular cylinder chamber, an annular piston and a blade. The annular piston is disposed in the cylinder chamber so as to be eccentric to the cylinder. The annular piston divides the cylinder chamber into an outer cylinder chamber and an inner cylinder chamber. The blade is arranged in the cylinder chambers to divide each of the outer and inner cylinder chambers into a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber. The cylinder and the piston are arranged to eccentrically move relative to each other. A height of the outer cylinder chamber is different from a height of the inner cylinder chamber as measured in a direction of a rotational axis of the rotary fluid machine.
