摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a capacity control device of a screw compressor capable of restraining the consumption of components such as a suction throttle valve and of extending the life of the components. According to the present invention, there is provided a capacity control device of a screw compressor which controls a suction throttle valve by a controlled pressure at which a load operation state is switched to a low pressure operation, and by a minimum operation pressure at which the low pressure operation is switched to the load operation, the capacity control device being characterized by comprising: a pressure detector 15 which detects a discharge pressure of the compressor 1; and a control device 16 which calculates a cycle time between the load operation and the low pressure operation on the basis of the measured pressure detected by the pressure detector 15, and which changes the controlled pressure to a high pressure side when the cycle time becomes not longer than a shortest period specified beforehand on the basis of the life of each component.

摘要: A compressor and an air-conditioner having the same are disclosed. A compressor application voltage is detected, and the air-conditioner is operated in a pre-set operation mode according to the detection result, or the air-conditioner is operated in a pre-set operation mode in a certain time domain, thus continuously operate the compressor. Or, a compressor temperature or an ambient temperature is detected to operate the air-conditioner in a pre-set operation mode or operate the air-conditioner in a pre-set operation mode within a certain time domain, thus continuously operate the compressor. Accordingly, the compressor can be operated in a particular operation mode within a certain time slot regardless of an ambient temperature, whereby an excessive cooling operation cannot be performed at night to thus provide an agreeable cooling operation and reduce noise. The compressor is prevented from being stopped due to a low voltage, and because power of the compressor is not repeatedly turned on or off, power is consumption can be reduced and reliability can be improved.

摘要: A heat engine comprises a first displacing piston and a second displacing piston, wherein a surface of the first displacing piston and a surface of the second displacing piston that face each other limit a working space that is filled with a working gas. The two heat exchanger arrangements are arranged in the working space between the first displacing piston and the second displacing piston, each heat exchanger arrangement comprising a heat source and a heat sink. The working gas flows through or circulates around each of the two heat exchanger arrangements. The first displacing piston, and the second displacing piston, and/or the heat exchanger arrangements are rotatably mounted with respect to an axis. Measures are provided for counteracting against a circular motion of the working gas around the axis relative to the heat exchanger arrangements.

摘要: A method controls a compressor for delivering a pressure medium into a pressure medium system, for example an air suspension system in a motor vehicle. In the method, the delivery of the pressure medium can be switched on and off as a function of a temperature signal by the compressor temperature being measured by a temperature sensor which is arranged on the compressor and the switching on and off of the compressor is controlled by an electronic control unit. The switching-on time duration and/or the switching-off time duration or the switching-off and/or the switching-on temperature are/is determined from the rise of the compressor temperature which is measured at short time intervals.

摘要: A method and control system are provide for controlling operation of a pump station having a wetwell for receiving water therein. The control system includes a controller operatively connected to lead and lag pumps. The controller monitors the water level of the water in the wetwell and inhibits operation of the lead pump during a predetermined peak consumption period if the water level falls between a first threshold level and a second threshold level. Alternatively, the controller activates the lead pump during the predetermined peak consumption period if the water level exceeds the second threshold level or if the water level exceeds the first threshold level and the time period is outside the predetermined peak consumption period.
