    摘要: The linear sensor 1 for measuring an axial path L0 of a part 2 sliding in an axial direction 20 in a frame 3 comprises a mobile part 4 cooperating with a fixed part 5, said mobile part 4 comprising: a longitudinal element 40 cooperating at one end 400 with said part 2, any translation of said part 2 in said axial path causing a corresponding displacement of its other end 401; and a magnetic field source 41 integral with the end 401, said fixed part 5 comprising a receiving means 50 for said magnetic field. The linear sensor is characterized in that said fixed part 5 comprises an angular redirection means 53 cooperating with said longitudinal element 40 and thus transforming said axial path of the end 400 into a radial path of the other end 401.

    摘要: A linear displacement sensor for telescoping cylinders, actuators, shock absorbers and dampers is disclosed. Said sensor being generally comprised of two parts-a contact and a resistor strip. The aforementioned invention having several embodiments: one embodiment having a contact disposed on the piston rod inside the cylinder and a resistor strip configured along the internal cylinder wall; another embodiment having a contact disposed at an outside end of the cylinder and the strip imbedded inside a groove along the piston rod. All embodiments including a plurality of insulated rod and wall groove shapes for said resistor strip. An object of the invention is to provide a means for measuring actuator displacement both inside and outside of an actuator.

    摘要: A displacement measuring device measures a path of a moving object that can be displaced in a direction has at least one first component that is allocated to the moveable object and a second, stationary component. The components are interlinked for the purpose of converting a movement and/or displacement of the moving object into an electrical signal. The displacement measuring device also has an evaluating device for converting the electrical signal into movement and/or position information. The displacement measuring device has a high degree of accuracy, is not susceptible to wear, is resistant to vibration, shocks, or corrosion and is economical to use in almost all media. To this end, the first component is a spring element connecting the moving object and the second component is a force-measurement device which releases an electrical signal corresponding to the force that is exerted on the spring element.

    摘要: A pistonrod-less linear drive, whose housing having a longitudinal slot contains a drive part for longitudinal movement therein. A transmission member linked with the drive part projects right through the longitudinal slot to the outside. Adjacent to the two flanks of the longitudinal slot there is a respective resistance strip which extends in the longitudinal direction of the slot and is secured to the housing. A wiper contact arrangement is provided on the transmission member which simultaneously makes contact with both resistance strips and on longitudinal movement of the transmission member slides along the resistance strips. Connection means are provided to render possible connection of the two resistance strips with a position detecting and evaluating device.
