    摘要: The present invention relates to a double-acting type dynamic back clearance relief driving system having two sets of worm shafts coupled with a worm gear, one worm shaft set acting as a prime mover worm shaft and the other acting as a displacement control worm shaft. When the system is driving, one of the worm shaft sets is applied with faster rotary driving motion and always applies forces on the worm gear set. Another worm shaft set is a displacement control worm shaft coupled also with the worm gear set, or an individual worm gear set of the same pitch or different pitch to be locked upon the same shaft. The acting force to be applied constantly on the gear by the force applying worm shaft always causes the displacement control worm shaft to stress the worm gear reversely, and since the worm shaft is irreversibly driven, there is no clearance between the worm gear and the two worm shafts.

    摘要: An apparatus for preventing circumferential separation of the meshing teeth (86, 72) of a blanket cylinder gear (84) and a plate cylinder gear (70) includes a first gear (92) having gear teeth (94) in meshing engagement with the gear teeth (86) of the blanket cylinder gear (84). The first gear (92) is rotatable about an axis. A second gear (108) is coaxial with the first gear (92) and is rotatable about the axis relative to the first gear(92). A third gear (136) has gear teeth (134) in meshing engagement with the gear teeth (132) on the second gear (108). A fourth gear (76) is coaxial and rotatable with the plate cylinder gear (72), and has gear teeth (78) in meshing engagement with the gear teeth (134) on the third gear (136). The apparatus further includes spring means (122) for biasing the first and second gears (92, 108) about their common axis in respective directions that are opposite to each other.

    摘要: A geared drive assembly (10) comprising the driven gear (12) arranged to mesh with the driving gear (14) and a rotary actuator operatively connected to the driving gear (14) by the pulley belt (22) engaging with an first pulley wheel (18) of the rotary actuator and a second pulley wheel (24) rigidly and coaxially connected to the driving gear (14), wherein the pulley belt (22) comprises first (26) and second (28) pulley belt portions extending between the first (18) and second (24) pulley wheels, wherein the first pulley belt portion (26) is maintained, in use, under tension, and wherein the second pulley belt portion (28) is slack, in use. Advantages of the invention, compared with known anti-backlash gearboxes, include: significant weight reductions, reduced complexity, reduced drag, smaller motor sizes, reduced part count, reduced play and backlash. Embodiments of the invention may advantageously provide a lightweight, simple anti-backlash gearing assembly that are particularly suited for use in motorized camera mounts, e.g. pan/tilt heads.

    摘要: The dual output pinion rack drive includes an epicyclic gearbox which permits the division of power of a single motor to first and second spur output pinions which are subjected to slightly different loading conditions based on rack geometry, rack tolerances and gear tolerances. A motor drives an input sun gear which drives planet gears which drive large and small ring gears in opposite rotational directions at similar torque levels while the carrier floats rotationally. None of the gearbox components, the sun gear, the planet gears, the large ring gear, the small ring gear, the planet carrier, and the housing are fixed rotationally. Each ring gear couples to first and second spur output pinions, respectively, and power is transferred through intermediate gear reductions and final planetary gear systems to first and second rack driving output pinions rotating in opposite directions driving the platform up a central rack.
