    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic module for hydrostatic mechanical gearboxes having two swashplates or oblique axis drive units which are integrated in the hydraulic module. The swashplate drive units are mounted in a common housing with parallel drive shafts and each have a rotating cylinder block with expellers which can move therein and which are supported in a sliding fashion on a double swashplate whose pivot angle is adjustable by means of a servo system. The double swashplate is designed to carry out positively coupled common adjustment of the volume flow of the two drive units and is equipped with bearing faces for the expellers of the respective drive units, said bearing faces having different angles of inclination relative to the respective drive shaft. The oblique axis drive units each have a cylinder block with expellers which can move therein and which are each pivotably mounted on the coaxial shafts.

    摘要: An axle driving system which houses in a housing thereof a hydrostatic transmission, axles, and a driving gear train for connecting output means of the hydraulic transmission and axles, so as to transmit power from a driving source to the hydrostatic transmission and to change the speed, thereby driving the axles. A first chamber therein contains the hydrostatic transmission and a second chamber therein contains the driving gear train. Both the first and second chambers are independent of each other so as to prevent a foreign object, such as iron powder produced in the driving gear train, from entering the hydrostatic transmission. The system includes an L-like-shaped center section on which the hydrostatic transmission is offset such that an imaginary plane which includes a motor mounting surface passes in proximity to the axis of a pump shaft. The pump shaft is disposed perpendicular to the axles. The motor shaft is disposed in parallel thereto. A hydraulic pump is positioned between the hydraulic motor and the axles, so that the housing for the hydrostatic transmission, axles and driving gear train, is smaller in width to thereby make the system more compact.

    摘要: A bent axis hydrostatic module, comprising: a frame, a pair of parallel laterally spaced shafts rotatably supported by the frame and directed outwardly from the frame in the same direction. Two yokes are pivotally mounted about parallel axes on the frame. A hydrostatic power unit is swingably carried by each yoke, and each hydrostatic power unit being operatively connected to one of the shafts to rotate the same. A pair of system pressure conduits in the frame with each of the pressure conduits are fluidly connected to each of the cylinder blocks. A control system is provided for pivoting the yokes including means for independently pivoting the yokes about parallel axes.
