    摘要: A slide valve comprises: a housing provided with a pair of openings facing each other; a valve body; a biasing portion configured to bias the sealing body to the valve closed state; a cylinder into which compressed air for biasing the sealing body to a valve open state is introduced; a switching flow path connected to the cylinder and configured to switch a connection destination of the cylinder between a compressed air supply source and an exhaust port; a first solenoid configured to switch the switching flow path according to a valve body release command such that the cylinder and the compressed air supply source are connected together; and a second solenoid configured to switch the switching flow path according to a valve body fixing command such that the cylinder and the exhaust port are connected together.

    摘要: A magnetic metering valve is provided. The valve includes a body assembly, first and second fluid passages opening into a hollow chamber within the body assembly, a first controllable source of magnetic field operable to generate a first magnetic field within the hollow chamber, and a valve assembly. The valve assembly includes first and second caps covering the ports, the caps being configured to oscillate relative to the ports in response to a change of fluid pressure in the hollow chamber, the first and second caps comprising respective first and second ferromagnetic elements to interrupt or control a flow of the fluid through the first and second ports responsive to the magnetic field in the hollow chamber. In an aspect of the invention, a method of purging the metering valve is provided. A method of operating the metering valve is also provided.

    摘要: Flapper assemblies for torque motors of electrohydraulic valves are provided. The flapper assembly comprises a flapper having an upper end portion configured for coupling to an armature and armature-flapper support of the torque motor and a lower end portion having a socket therein. A hemispherical closure member having a flat diametrical face configured to seal against a nozzle outlet is disposed for oscillatory movement in the socket. A retaining clip is slidably mounted about the lower end portion and has a retention opening exposing the flat diametrical face and sized to retain the hemispherical closure member in the socket. The torque motor comprises the armature coupled to the armature-flapper support, the flapper assembly, and a plurality of coils. The electrohydraulic valve comprises the torque motor and a nozzle configured to be in fluid communication with the flapper assembly when the electrohydraulic valve is in an open position.
