    摘要: An air conditioner system including a sleeping enclosure defining a sleeping space into which conditioned air is adapted to be delivered from one end or side of the sleeping space in a manner which maximizes contact between conditioned air and a person or persons in the sleeping space, the sleeping space including an upper air pervious section; and a lower relatively air impervious section adapted to surround a bed in the sleeping space and configured to minimize passage of the conditioned air from the sleeping space through the pervious section or other leakage paths; and an air conditioner unit for generating a conditioned air flow, wherein the impervious section extends to a height above the sleeping surface of the bed at the end or side of the bed opposed to said end or side sufficient to contain the conditioned air as it moves towards and returns from the opposite end or side of the sleeping space, and wherein the impervious section extends to a sufficiently increased height above the sleeping surface at the opposite end or side to allow the direction of air flow to reverse towards said one end or side without substantial loss of conditioned air through the pervious section.

    摘要: Provided is an air blowing device capable of keeping an air outlet invisible to the extent possible without impairing a function as the air blowing device. An air blowing device (10) includes: a tubular body (21) defining an airflow passage (21a) and an air outlet (21b); a guide wall (31) for guiding an airflow having passed through the air outlet in an intended direction; and a flow velocity adjusting mechanism (valve body) (22) capable of adjusting a flow velocity of the airflow passing through the air outlet. The guide wall has a convex surface shape protruding in a direction intersecting with a forward direction of the air outlet, and is arranged so that a projection image, which is obtained by projecting the guide wall onto an imaginary plane including the air outlet, covers the entire air outlet. The flow velocity adjusting mechanism is configured to adjust the flow velocity in accordance with the intended direction.

A duct receives exhaust air from the fan at a rear position of the fan between the frame and cover, and leads from the fan to the exhaust port.

    摘要: An apparatus and method of forming air turning assemblies is disclosed along with a novel vane supporting rail structure for use therewith. The apparatus holds a pair of rails in spaced parallel relation at a clinching station at which the edges of a vane may be engaged in opposed slotted protuberances in the rails. The spacing of the rails may be increased at the station against a yieldable biasing force, the station including a deforming mechanism for deflecting the vane edges to lock the vanes to the rails. The rails include cam surfaces leading to the vane receiving slots and blocking walls at the trailing ends of the slots to facilitate introducing the vane edges into the slots.

    摘要: A flow direction controller mounted on the outlet of an air conditioner or the like and adapted to control the blowing direction of the air. The flow direction controller is composed mainly of two flow-attaching walls and a control blade rotatable on a shaft. The control blades has two surfaces each producing a flow biasing effect and a curved surface. With this arrangement, it is possible to deflect the flow of blowing air over a wide angular range and also to realize a split-flow blowing without being accompanied by a substantial reduction in the air flow rate, by making efficient use of the attachment of the flow components to the attaching walls and the curved surface.
