    摘要: A cold surface for cryogenic pumps in the form of a (filled/through-streamed) double wall which is acted upon by a liquid refrigeration medium, as well as to a process for the production of such a cold surface. The double wall is formed by a series of thin-walled narrow tubes which are interconnected with each other, to which there are presently attached thin axially parallel, good heat conductive metal lamellas, wherein the tube diameter, tube spacing and wall thickness, as well as the lamella thickness, with consideration being given to a minimization of the total mass of the surface, are so correlated and dimensioned with respect to each other that the temperature differences within the lamellas of the surface which is acted upon with liquid refrigeration medium at a maximum occuring heat loading will remain below 0.1.degree. K.

    摘要: An evaporator for a refrigerator, in particular a domestic refrigerator, includes at least one refrigerant channel and at least one plate. The plate has a receptacle, arranged in a space defined by the refrigerant channel, for positioning a tube. The receptacle is formed by at least one projection, which forms a longitudinal guide of the tube. The projection is formed on the at least one plate and defines a channel having a channel wall upon which the tube bears at least partially in a longitudinal direction. The tube is, for example, a protective tube for a temperature sensor.

    摘要: Refrigerant cooling coils inserted within a passage of brine in a heat exchanger are so deformed into a shape of flat elliptical cylinder that long axis of ellipse is parallel to a condensing surface, and a side or two sides of a pair of flat faces formed by deformation machining are fitted within the passage, closely contacted with an inner wall of the passage of the brine, in order to increase the contact surface between the refrigerant cooling ellipse coils and the inner wall of the passage of brine in the vapor trap plate and in order to enhance boundary film convection heat transfer coefficient of the brine circulated in the passage of said heat exchanger so as to provide excellent heat transfer property and great vapor condensing capability.

    摘要: Low efficiency heat transfer in evaporators subject to unusual gravitational conditions is avoided through the use of a spiral evaporator conduit 12 receiving at an inlet 14 a vaporizable coolant at least partly in the liquid phase. Flow of the coolant through the conduit 12 demists the coolant by centrifuging the liquid phase against a pressurre wall 44 of the conduit 12. Vapor flow 40 induces counterrotating vortices 46, 48 which circulate the liquid phase coolant around the interior of the conduit 12 to wet all surfaces thereof.
