    摘要: A liquid chiller system utilizing a refrigerant capable of possessing a liquid state and a gas/vapor state, the refrigerant being cycled through a closed loop assembly of a compressor, an eccentric condenser and an eccentric evaporator. The eccentric compressor has a lower integrated reservoir and the eccentric evaporator has an upper dedicated reservoir such that separate, dedicated separator or receiver vessels are not required. The eccentric condenser is positioned above the eccentric evaporator such that liquid refrigerant flows by gravity from the eccentric condenser to the eccentric evaporator.

    摘要: There is disclosed a micro-channel heat exchanger, comprising a first header formed with an inlet; a second header spaced apart from the first header, one of the first and second headers being formed with an outlet; flat tubes, two ends of each flat tube being connected with the first and second headers respectively such that a plurality of micro-channels of each flat tube communicate with the first and second headers; fins, each fin being disposed between two adjacent flat tubes; and a return pipe, a first end of which being connected to the outlet formed in one of the first and second headers and a second end thereof being extended towards the other of the first and second headers. The location of the outlet of the micro-channel heat exchanger is easy to change, and the micro-channel heat exchanger is low in cost, compact in structure and easy to install.

    摘要: A subcool condenser having a condensation heat exchange portion, a receive portion and a supercool heat exchange portion is used as an outdoor heat exchanger that functions as a radiator in a cooling operation mode so that COP in the cooling operation mode is increased. In contrast, in a heating operation mode, a refrigerant bypass device that causes the refrigerant to flow so as to bypass the supercool heat exchange portion is provided so that pressure loss generated in the refrigerant flowing through the outdoor heat exchanger is decreased. Thereby, driving force of a compressor can be decreased and COP in the heating operation mode can be improved.

    摘要: A first header tank to which first heat exchange tubes of second and third heat exchange paths are connected and a second header tank to which second heat exchange tubes of a first heat exchange path are connected are provided at the left end of a condenser such that the former is located on the outer side of the latter with respect to a left-right direction and is offset from the latter in an air passage direction. The upper end of the first header tank is located above the lower end of the second header tank. The first header tank has a function of separating gas and liquid and storing the liquid. The first and second heat exchange tubes and side plates are bent in the same direction about a common vertical line. This condenser is suitable for use in a car air conditioner mounted on an automobile.
