摘要： Disclosed herein are embodiments of a temperature-regulating containment system for actively heating or cooling a liquid to a desired liquid temperature, the temperature-regulating containment system comprising: a container having an internal cavity defined by a sidewall upwardly extending from a bottom wall; a heating element disposed beneath the bottom wall; a chamber disposed beneath the bottom wall, the chamber adjustable between an unfilled condition and a filled condition in which the chamber is filled with a heat transfer medium; and a cooling element disposed beneath the chamber. When the liquid temperature is below the desired liquid temperature: the chamber adjusts to the unfilled condition, and the heating element provides heat to the bottom wall. When the liquid temperature is above the desired liquid temperature: the chamber adjusts to the filled condition, and the cooling element removes heat from the bottom wall.

A distribution unit is positioned within the refrigerator and the distribution unit may be submerged in the beverage. The distribution unit is selectively placed in fluid communication with the cooling unit. Thus, the distribution unit is configured to direct refrigerated air into the beverage thereby facilitating the beverage to be cooled.

摘要： A system for providing an infusion chamber provides a clip assembly for attachment within a drinking vessel. A box assembly contains an infusion chamber and may be attached to the clip assembly. The box assembly has a top swinging lid to accept dry ice and other materials suitable for infusion. The bottom of the box assembly features a communication void or slot at the bottom of the box to allow the contents of the box assembly to mix with the surrounding drink, but yet not fall loose into the drink. The clip features contoured adhesive wedges to assist in attachment of the clip to the inside portions of a drinking container. The clip assembly has a thin stop tab or shelf that fits into the box assembly. A side hook from the box assembly is supported by the lower portion of the stop tab or shelf of the clip assembly. The upper or top side of the stop tab or shelf is trapped by a stop tab of the box assembly. The use of dry ice within the box assembly and use of liquid such as punch in the drinking vessel, may result vapor from the dry ice to rise though the drink and out of the drink, to create a witches brew effect while cooling and mixing but not diluting the drink as typical with ice made from water.

摘要： A drinking container having a removable, freezable member. The drinking container has a cylindrical inner receptacle and a surrounding cylindrical outer receptacle. An annular chamber is formed between the inner and outer receptacles. A refrigerant member comprising a plastic envelope containing a freezable gel is dimensioned to fit into the annular chamber, and is readily removable therefrom. A cap engages the drinking container to retain the refrigerant member once placed in the annular chamber. The refrigerant member is preferably an annular sleeve which slips between the inner and outer receptacles, and folds flat for storage and freezing. The inner receptacle projects above the outer receptacle so that the user is obliged to engage only one wall with the mouth and lips, thereby enjoying comfortable drinking, rather than being obliged to span the combined thickness of the inner and outer receptacle walls together with the refrigerant member when drinking. Optionally, the drinking container has an external handle for grasping.

The protrusion has a thickness and a third thread extending around a periphery thereof for mating with the first thread, wherein the clip is received within the detent on the bottom end of the outer cylindrical body when the first and third threads are completely mated sealing the cooling producing element between the outer cylindrical body and the inner cylindrical shell. A top cap having a protrusion extending from a central portion thereof and at least one clip extending from a periphery thereof. The protrusion has a thickness and a fourth thread extending around a periphery thereof for mating with the second thread, wherein the clip is received within the detent on the bottom end of the outer cylindrical body when the second and fourth threads are completely mated.
