The device includes a displacement sensor fixing plate, displacement sensors and a flexible elastic plate. A plurality of displacement sensors are provided and evenly distributed, wherein a first end of each displacement sensor is fixed to the displacement sensor fixing plate and a second end of each displacement sensor is stretchably and sealingly fixed to the flexible elastic plate. The flexible elastic plate is tightly attached to the superstratum layer.

The split ring resonator may be formed from a three-dimensional (3D) monolithic carbonaceous growth and may detect an electromagnetic ping emitted from a user device. The split ring resonator may generate an electromagnetic return signal in response to the electromagnetic ping. The electromagnetic return signal may indicate a state of the material in a position proximate to a respective split ring resonator. In some aspects, the split-ring resonator may resonate at a first frequency in response to the electromagnetic ping when the material is in a first state, and may resonate at a second frequency in response to the electromagnetic ping when the material is in a second state. A resonant frequency of the 3D monolithic carbonaceous growth may be based on physical characteristics of the material.

A lock assembly for a door, the lock assembly including a first magnetic field sensor and a second magnetic field sensor. The first magnetic field sensor and the second magnetic field sensor are moveable with respect to the door to determine an open position of the door, a close position of the door, and a fault condition. In one embodiment, the first magnetic field sensor and the second magnetic field sensor move with respect to the door as the door moves from the open position and the close position. The first magnetic field sensor is spaced from the second magnetic field sensor such that each of the first and second magnetic field sensors detects a different value of magnetic field intensity. A controller determines a position of the door with respect to a door frame using signals provided by the first and second magnetic field sensors.

The free layer has a variable magnetization direction and a out-of-plane magnetization direction. The reference layer has a variable magnetization direction which is pinned more strongly than the magnetization of the free layer. The spacer layer provided between the free layer and the reference layer. A pair of electrodes is provided with a plane of the laminated film. A substrate is provided with either of the pair electrodes and can be strained. The rotation angle of the magnetization of the free layer is different from the rotation angle of the magnetization of the reference layer when the substrate is distorted. Electrical resistance is changed depending on the magnetization angle between the free layer and the reference layer, which allows the element to operate as a strain sensor.
