    摘要: A magnetic flux emission unit is mounted on a detection object and rotatable integrally with the detection object. An IC package includes a magnetism detection element, which sends a signal according to change in a magnetic flux caused when the magnetic flux emission unit rotates. A cover member includes a bottom portion and a tubular portion. The tubular portion is extended from an outer periphery of the bottom portion. The cover member surrounds the magnetic flux emission unit with the bottom portion when mounted to the housing. A support portion is projected from the bottom portion toward an opening of the tubular portion to support the IC package. A projection is projected toward the opening from the bottom portion to at least a position corresponding to the magnetism detection element.

    摘要: An improved linear position sensor that utilizes a pair of elongated magnetically permeable tubular sensing elements and a pair of elongated magnets positioned to move with respect to the tubular sensing elements is disclosed. The sensor is provided with a housing structure having a pair of guide slots which guide a support plate for the tubular sensing elements, and a second pair of guide slots formed at right angles to the first pair of guide slots, which guide a pair of wings on the control member that carries the magnets, so that the elongated tubular sensing elements and the magnetic elements are accurately retained in place with respect to each other. The housing is formed with channels in its interior which receive a pair of elongated coil springs that bias the member. The structure is designed for ease of assembly with snap-together sub-assemblies.

    摘要: A positional transducer is disclosed which utilizes an elongated, hollow, cylindrical tube of a magnetically saturable material, a sense wire that runs through the tube parallel to its elongated axis and a pair of elongated, generally rectangular shaped magnets of opposite polarity which have a length that is no greater than the length of the tube and which are closely positioned adjacent diametrically opposite exterior portions of the tube. As the magnets move over in the tube, they provide substantially complete saturation of the tube in the portion over which they extend while the remaining portion of the tube remains unsaturated thereby giving a linear indication of the position of the magnets with respect to the tube.

    摘要: A contactless linear position sensor, or potentiometer, which has a linear output characteristic, is constructed with a pair of elongated, hollow cylindrical tubes which are made of magnetically saturable material and are aligned so that their axes form an angle of less than 180.degree., with both of said tubes having at least one conductive wire coupled therewith which is interconnected with the wire that is coupled with the other tube, and a moveable permanent magnet which is formed as a segment of a circular ring with a pair of straight sides that move adjacent to the tubes so that the total volume of the tubes that is magnetically saturated remains substantially constant while the inductance ratio of the tubes varies. The present invention is directed to a version of this type of contactless device which has improved temperature performance that is achieved by the use of a magnetically permeable pole piece positioned adjacent the moving magnet which is substantially the same shape as the magnet and the magnetically permeable flux enhancer which is positioned so that the tubes are located intermediate the flux enhancer and the moveable magnet.

    摘要: Sensors, or transducers, which utilize elongated magnetically saturable tubes with sense lines that run through the tubes for simultaneous sensing of a plurality of parameters are disclosed. One version involves a single sensing element which has a first pair of diametrically disposed magnetic poles responsive to one condition that is positioned adjacent to one end of the tube and a second pair of diametrically disposed magnets responsive to another condition that is positioned adjacent to the other end of the tube. Another version involves two elements which have temperature vs. inductance characteristics which intersect, and a pair of diametrically disposed magnets responsive to another condition positioned adjacent the two elements.

    摘要: A reset device for a gearshift lever for a gear step of a transmission in a motor vehicle comprises an electric drive device for controlling an operating element, in order to move the gearshift lever into a predetermined position, a position sensor for determining a position of the operating element, and an electric activation device for activating the drive device, depending on the position of the operating element. The position sensor comprises a first coil thereby, which is attached to the activation device, and a magnetic flux element is mechanically coupled to the operating element. The drive device is disposed in relation to the activation device, such that the flux element influences the inductivity of the first coil, depending on a position of the operating element.
