摘要： A photosensitive media cartridge includes an ambient condition sensor mounted in the cartridge for sensing ambient conditions in the cartridge. When the cartridge is positioned at a media transfer position on an image-forming device that permits the conveyance of media from the cartridge to the image-forming device, image development or printing on the media in the image-forming device is controlled based on the sensed ambient conditions in the cartridge. The ambient condition sensor includes a cover layer and a conductive layer, wherein a rate of response to ambient conditions of the cover layer matches rate of response to ambient conditions of the photosensitive media to be developed. As a further option, the media itself can include a conductive layer so that the media can be the sensor.

摘要： A cartridge containing a roll of photosensitive sheet and set inside an image formation apparatus has both an outlet and an inlet. Its interior is divided by a flexible sheet into a chamber originally containing the roll of unused photosensitive sheet and another chamber into which used portion of the sheet is collected through the inlet. A roller near the outlet for contacting the photosensitive sheet to thereby pull it out of the cartridge operates only for a specified length of time or until a specified length of an uncoated leading section of the photosensitive sheet is pulled out and thereafter the roller is removed from the contacting position with the photosensitive sheet so as not to contact and damage the microcapsule-coated part of the photosensitive sheet which follows the leading section.

摘要： A photoresist bottle capable of improving poor coating coverage is disclosed, which comprising: a sealed photoresist bottle body having a connector, a hard groove-shaped projection fixed on the bottom of the bottle body, an inner liner having an opening at the bottom, which is hermetically connected to the groove sidewall of the projection and is used to fill with the photoresist, a nitrogen gas tube inserting into the interspace between the bottle body and the soft liner through the connector, and a photoresist conduit inserting into the soft liner through the connector. Wherein, the top of the inner liner is hermetically connected to the upper lateral wall of the photoresist conduit, the lower end of the photoresist conduit reaches within the groove of the projection. When the soft liner is pressured, since unable to touch the photoresist outlets at the lower end of the photoresist conduit, a blocking can be avoided. Thereby, air bubbles and coating problems are prevented.

摘要： An image recording apparatus having a sheet cartridge in which a rolled photosensitive recording medium is accommodated. The sheet cartridge has a sheet retaining device for preventing the recording medium from being retracted into a cartridge casing. The retaining device also provides a light shielding member. The image recording apparatus also includes structure for preventing the cartridge from being removed in a case where a residual recording medium is still rolled in the cartridge casing. The image recording apparatus is provided with a wiper member for removing dusts deposited on a surface of a feed roller. Further, a sensor element is provided for detecting non-rotation of a takeup shaft or a slack of the recording medium.
