A current state of assembly of the aircraft is identified. A status of the shop order instances is identified. Parts present in the aircraft are identified for the current state of assembly of the aircraft. Graphical representations of the parts present for the current state of assembly for the aircraft for a group of shop order instances in a graphical user interface are displayed on a display device using a model of the aircraft. A set of graphical indicators in association with the graphical representations of the parts displayed in the graphical user interface are displayed. The set of graphical indicators indicates the status of the shop order instances.

    摘要: A method for assembling a component including individual parts, includes making a plurality of the individual parts available in a plurality of respective containers. A control and display unit is assigned to each respective container. Each control and display unit includes a display element and a sensor associated with each container. The display element is activated on a respective container to indicate the individual part required for a next assembly step. The individual part is removed from the container indicated by the display element. The removal of the individual part is monitored by the sensor of the control and display unit. The component is assembled inside an assembly device during individual assembly steps. The assembly device is monitored with a sensor arrangement to determine whether each individual part required for assembling the component is available.

    摘要: The present invention provides methods, systems and computer program products for altering video images including superimposing objects onto the images, particularly addressed to identifying fastener insertion locations onto displayed images of a work pieces. The invention is capable of importing an image of a work piece contained in a computer file, displaying the image, and altering the displayed image and/or superimposing objects onto the image to show the location(s), sequence(s) and/or type(s) of fasteners to be inserted onto the displayed work piece according to operator input and instructions. After each insertion is completed, the display is again altered to show the completion. During use, the system is capable of tracking the fastener installations and updating the video display to show the current status of insertions on the work piece.

The worker in each of the work stations performs the job according to the displayed job detail. The job aiding apparatus decides whether a job result falls within a predetermined range or not, and changes the job aid image to a next job aid image only when the job result falls within the predetermined range. The worker can thus perform the job accurately and efficiently.

    摘要: There are provided a remote behavior navigation system and a method thereof, which allow an instructor at a remote location to perform guidance to a worker while watching a work video picture of the worker. Corresponding to a video picture from a worker-side camera at time t1, an instructor-side computer extracts a work instruction video picture from a video picture of an instructor-side camera at time t2. The instructor-side computer superimposes the work instruction video picture at the time t2 on the video picture from the worker-side camera at the time t1, and displays the superimposed video picture on an instructor-side monitor. A worker-side computer provides the work instruction video picture at the time t2 with a time difference correction, then superimposes the corrected work instruction video picture on a video picture from the worker-side camera at time t3, and displays the superimposed video picture on a worker-side monitor.
