    摘要: According to one embodiment, a plant control system includes a station mounting controllers thereon, an engineering device which manages programs, and a device which connects the controllers and the engineering device. The engineering device includes database which stores information on a first variable for allowing data to be shared among programs in each controller and a second variable for allowing data to be shared among programs in the station, the database management part, and a relocate management part which moves the program, and the relocate management part includes a designating module which designates an execution order of programs in a source controller, one or more programs to be moved, a destination controller, and the source controller, a module which moves the program as designated in the designating module, and a changing module which, when the program is moved, moves or copies the first and second variable used in the program.

    摘要: A Field Device Tool (FDT)-based application is provided. The FDT-based application includes at least one communication Device Type Manager (communication DTM) and a router Device Type Manager (DTM). The communication DTM corresponds with a type of communication protocol that an at least one plant asset follows. The communication DTM is configured to provide an interface for communication between the FDT-based application and the communication protocol that the plant asset follows. The router DTM is coupleable to an asset optimization device manager that includes electronic device description language (EDDL), the router DTM is configured to transfer data from the asset optimization device manager to the at least one communication DTM for communication with the plant asset.

    摘要: A semiconductor fabrication facility (fab) configuration module is defined to virtually model physical systems and attributes of a fab. A data acquisition module is defined to interface with the physical systems of the fab and gather operational data from the physical systems. A visualizer module is defined to collect and aggregate the operational data gathered from the physical systems. The visualizer module is further defined to process the operational data into a format suitable for visual rendering. The processed operational data is displayed within a visual context of the fab in a graphical user interface controlled by the visualizer module. An analyzer module is defined to analyze data collected by the visualizer module and to resolve queries regarding fab performance. An optimizer module is defined to control systems within the fab in response to data collected by the visualizer module, data generated by the analyzer module, or a combination thereof.
