    摘要: When performing the processing while changing the position and the posture of the tool relative to the work, if the speed of the tool tip point relative to the work is regularly controlled while greatly changing the tool posture, the speed of each driving shaft of the machine is increased, whereby the interference may be generated. In order to solve the problem, in the numerical controller which obtains the position of each driving shaft of the machine performing the determination of the feeding speed, the interpolation and the coordinate conversion according to the relative instruction path and the instruction speed of the tool tip point relative to the work instructed to the processing program, when determining the feeding speed, the reference point is provided on the tool or the table, the translation speed of the reference point viewed from the mechanical coordinate system is set to the observation target speed, the reference feeding speed is obtained so that the observation target speed is a predetermined reference speed, and the smaller of the reference feeding speed and the instruction feeding speed is set to the feeding speed.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a turret servo control device with an overriding function and control method thereof. The turret servo control device comprises: a feed information-generating means for generating at least one of feed information of a turret as a control command to output the generated control command, the feed information including sequence, position and speed of the turret; a PLC means 130 connected to the feed information generating means for receiving the control command from the feed information generating means by means of a predetermined contact point or protocol; a turret servo driver means 140 connected to the PLC means 130 for receiving the control command from the turret servo driver means by means of the predetermined contact point or protocol and converting the received control command into position and speed data of the turret; and a turret servo motor 150 connected to the turret servo driver means 140 and adapted to be controlled by the turret servo driver means 140, wherein the feed information generating means enables outputting of a new overriding change control command even during the outputting of the control command based on a preset change command.

Improvements are here described for digital computations and control which cause a tool or cutter to follow successive path segments programmed in workpiece edge coordinates, even though the servos operate to control the motion and positioning of the center of a cutter having a finite and unforeseeable radius. Additionally, automatic smooth transitions from segment to segment of the path are effected with a tangent fillet machined on the workpiece which has a radius equal either to that of the cutter or a value which is designated as a single numerical value in the program command data.

For at least one control block in a defined machining path: a displacement of a defined machine control point from a previous control block to a current control block is determined; a displacement of a defined feedrate control point from the previous control block to the current control block is determined; a compensation ratio is calculated as a ratio between the displacement of the defined machine control point and the displacement of the defined feedrate control point; and a feedrate for the machine control point is calculated by applying the compensation ratio to a desired feedrate. The calculated federate is used in a control block of a multi-axis machining tool.
