摘要: To provide a wire electric discharge machine which can appropriately perform thermal displacement correction of upper/lower guides even when the installation environment changes. Provided are a storage unit that stores temperatures of machine elements as temperature data, and a rendering unit that digitizes the installation environment and renders as environmental data. Additionally provided are a position command unit that commands a relative position of the upper/lower guides; and a relational expression calculation unit that sets the temperature data environmental data as input data, sets the relative position as training data, and calculates the relational expression by way of machine learning. Further provided are a relational expression decision unit that calculates a correction amount by substituting the temperature of the machine element into this relational expression, and in the case of error between the relative position of the upper/lower guides based on this correction amount and the relative position commanded by the position command unit being small, decides this relational expression as a formal relational expression; and a correction execution unit that performs correction on the relative position of the upper/lower guides using this relational expression.

摘要: To provide a wire electric discharge machine capable of suitably and simply performing thermal displacement correction on upper and lower guides. Provided are a storage unit that stores temperatures of machine elements and actual values for relative positions of upper and lower guides to be associated with each other as associated data; and a relational expression calculation unit that infers and calculates a relational expression between the temperature of the machine element and the relative positions of the upper and lower guides by way of machine learning with this associated data as training data. Additionally provided are a position estimation unit that substitutes temperatures of the machine element into the relational expression and calculates an estimated value for the relative position of the upper and lower guides; and a correction amount calculation unit that calculates a correction amount for the upper and lower guides, based on the estimated value for the relative position. Further provided is a correction execution unit that performs correction of the relative position of the upper and lower guides based on this correction amount.

摘要: A method of operating a controller of an industrial machine capable of reducing a rise in temperature of a processor, easily restoring and resuming the operation even if the operation is stopped by the rise in temperature, and further possibly preventing the stop of the operation of the controller by the rise in temperature. When temperature in the controller is lower than a set value, the processor performs a plurality of processings in each predetermined period to do normal operation. When the temperature rises to a set value or higher, processing related to the controlling axes is stopped, a motor is stopped, and the processor performs only minimum or limited required processing, i.e., processing related to a man/machine interface such as processing related to a programmable controller and processing for display and operates in a low-electric-power consumption mode except the period when the processor performs the minimum or limited required processing. In addition, as the temperature rises, the operating speed of a machine controlled by the controller is reduced to reduce heat generation and the rise in temperature of the processor.

摘要: A temperature measuring device measures the temperature of a main shaft as a numerical value based on the outputs from temperature sensors. A temperature recorder stores the value as time series data. When the heat-induced displacement of the main shaft is in a stationary state, a heat-induced displacement estimate computing unit estimates the displacement based on the instantaneous temperature measurement. When the displacement is in a transient state due to a change in the rotation speed of the main shaft, the computing unit estimates the heat-induced displacement of the main shaft by multiplying the elapsed time from the beginning of the transient state by the ratio of the heat-induced displacement time constant to the temperature time constant and estimating the heat-induced displacement based on the time series data of the time preceding the current time by the result of the multiplication.

摘要: Highly accurate press working is performed while responding to mechanical alteration due to thermal expansion. Prior to a series of processing to a workpiece, a servomotor control unit moves a slide to a stop position, and a sensing value detecting unit detects a sensing value of a sensing element at the stop position of the slide, and stores the detected sensing value. Then, in the series of processing, the sensing value detecting unit detects a sensing value of the sensing element at the stop position of the slide, and stores the detected sensing value in the processing sensing value storing unit. A correction value calculating unit calculates a correction value based on the two store values, and a servomotor control unit controls the servomotor based on the detected slide position, the slide position that has been set, and the correction value calculated by the correction value calculating unit.

摘要: In a thermal displacement compensating device and a thermal displacement compensating method for a machine tool, a block temperature obtaining section obtains temperatures of respective blocks based on temperature information detected by temperature sensors wherein temperatures in each of the respective blocks into which a column is divided to be pluralized are defined as a uniform value. An FEM analysis section performs a structural analysis by a finite element method based on the temperatures of the respective blocks obtained by the block temperature obtaining section and infers thermal displacement amounts of the column. A compensation value calculation section calculates a compensation value for a machining command position based on the thermal displacement amounts of the column inferred by the FEM analysis section. A compensation section compensates the machining command position by the compensation value obtained by the compensation value calculation section.

摘要: A method and apparatus by which accurate correction values for thermal displacement is calculated even when the rotation of the main spindle is restarted after interruption. The apparatus has means 2, 3 for measuring the temperature near the main spindle 15, means 5 for estimating the thermal displacement of the main spindle 15 on the basis of the measured temperature and a predetermined thermal displacement calculation expression, means 7 for calculating the correction value, and means 6 which estimates the displacement delay in re-rotation caused by the interruption of the rotation of the main spindle 15, and calculates an adjusting displacement on the basis of the estimated displacement delay. The correction value calculating means 7 calculates a correction value on the basis of the thermal displacement estimated by the thermal displacement estimating means 5 alone when the main spindle 15 is started up and rotated.
