    摘要: A coil has multiple coil sections connected to each other and each coil section includes a body portion and at least one direct or protrusive connecting portion disposed at one end of the body portion. Coil sections form at least one spiral path around the central axis of the coil, and on the projection of the coil along the central axis. The protrusive connecting portions protrude out of the path location of the direct connecting portions. Two connected coil sections form only one overlapped surface at the coupled parts of the direct or protrusive connecting portions. Regarding to the body portions in the same spiral path, a first end of one body portion is indirectly connected and disposed adjacent to a second end of another body portion. The second end has one surface with a virtual extension reaching the first end.

    摘要: The coil form according to the invention for forming an inductive element includes a hollow cylindrical mantle portion, two flange portions and a slit. The flange portions and the mantle portion form a winding chamber for winding therein a wire that forms a first winding or a part of a first winding of the inductive element. The coil form, which is completely made of copper, forms a second coil or a winding of a second coil of the inductive element. Due to the increased contact surface between the first and the second coil the heat dissipation capabilities and the magnetic coupling between the coils are increased. This in turn results in an increased power density of the inductive element.

    摘要: In a coil bobbin, a cover section is provided as a spacer section which abuts against a heat radiating section that functions as a heat radiating terminal of the first coil winding, from a direction following the axis line of the tubular section. Here, when performing heat radiation from the coil winding, since the cover section which abuts against the heat radiating terminal when the coil winding is fixed to the heat radiating object functions as an insulating member, then the radiation of heat from the coil winding is raised without increasing the number of parts.

    摘要: The invention provides an inductor assembly suitable for use in high frequency switched mode power converters, where the rate of change of voltage can exceed 109 Volts per second. The inductor is formed from a ribbon (30) of conductor wound around a magnetic core (140), and further includes electrostatic screens positioned between successive windings of the conductor to provide capacitive screening, substantially reducing high frequency voltage signals propagating from one end of the inductor to the other.

    摘要: A coil component includes coil windings, and resin portions that are insulating members having electrical insulation properties and integrally formed with the coil windings covering parts of surfaces of the coil windings, and the coil component is sandwiched by magnetic core members in directions of winding axes of the coil windings. The coil windings are composed of a plurality of plate-like coil members in a ring shape having ends joined in a stacking direction with a clearance therebetween to be continuous in a predetermined winding direction. The resin portions that are the insulating members cover outermost plate surfaces of the coil members facing the magnetic core members, a space between the adjacent coil members, and inner perimeter edges of the coil members, and have openings along the directions of winding axes of the coil windings.

    摘要: A transformer includes a circuit board, a conductive winding structure and a magnetic core assembly. The circuit board has a trace pattern of a primary winding coil and a first through-hole. The first segment has a first pin and a first hollow portion. The second segment has a first end coupled with the first segment, and a second end formed as a second pin and a second hollow portion. The second segment is folded toward the first segment with respect to a folding line such that the first hollow portion and the second hollow portion are aligned with each other to define a second through-hole. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded into the first through-hole of the circuit board and the second through-hole of the conductive winding structure.
