摘要: Disclosed is a suspensible external combined on-load tap changer, including: a switch box, a switch body and a motor mechanism, a top box wall of the switch box being opened with a top opening, a top box cover being mounted on the top opening, wherein the switch body is detachably mounted in the switch box and is entirely lifted in and lifted out by the top opening; and the motor mechanism is connected with the switch body in a driving manner. The switch body in the present invention uses a hoisting structure, and the top box wall of the switch box is opened with a top opening with a size large enough, so that the switch body is directly lifted in and lifted out of the switch box from the top opening, and installation and maintenance are easier.

摘要: A tap changer for uninterrupted switching between winding taps of a tapped transformer has first and second load branches for each phase to be switched. Each load branch has a main vacuum switch and in parallel thereto a series connection of a switch-over resistance and a respective auxiliary vacuum switch. First and second vacuum switching tubes each contain the main vacuum switch of the respective first and second load branches and the auxiliary vacuum switch of the other of the load branches.

摘要: A system for operating an on-load tap changer (OLTC) includes a plurality of legs that include mechanical switches. At least one leg switches from a first to a second tap of the OLTC on receipt of a tap change signal. At least one mechanical switch is activated to establish an electrical connection between one of the first and the second tap and a power terminal of the OLTC. Further, the system includes semiconductor switches that are parallel to the mechanical switches and when activated electrically couple one of the first and the second tap and the power terminal. The system includes a processing unit that selectively activates and deactivates the mechanical and semiconductor switches in such a way that electrical contact is maintained between at least one of the taps and the power terminal during the transition of at least one leg from the first tap to the second tap.

摘要: The present invention relates to a tap switch control method, which comprises the steps of: measuring data of a distribution system; calculating a second dead band and a reference voltage using the measured data; comparing the difference between the measured actual voltage and the reference voltage with a first dead band; comparing the difference between the actual voltage and the reference voltage with the second dead band, when the difference between the actual voltage and the reference voltage is outside the first dead band as a result of the comparison with the first dead band; and controlling the tap of the transformer, when the difference between the actual voltage and the reference voltage is outside the second dead band as a result of the comparison with the second dead band. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress a frequent operation of tap switching due to the fluctuations of the system and distributed power supply by applying the double dead band and to ensure the transformer's lifespan.

摘要: A tap changer with vacuum-switching tubes for controlling a transformer having taps has a selector for power-free selection of a one of the taps to be switched and a load-changeover switch for actual switching over from the connected tap to a new, pre-selected one of the taps. A first cam disk is fixed against rotation on a rotatable switch shaft, and a rocker lever arrangement has a first roller for actuating the vacuum-switching tubes. A second cam disk is also rotationally fixed on the switch shaft, and there are two further arms of U-shaped construction on the rocker lever arrangement. A lever has a free end provided with a second roller that co-operates with the second cam disk. This lever is between the further arms and mounted to be rotatable about an axis. A compression spring is provided between the lever and the further arms.

摘要: A gearbox for a tap changer. The gearbox has an input drive shaft arranged to be connected to a motor. The gearbox also has a diverter switch drive output with a diverter shaft. The diverter switch drive output is arranged to be connected for actuation of breakers in a diverter switch of the tap changer. The gearbox further has first and second selector arm drive outputs arranged for actuation of a tap selector of the tap changer. It also has reduction gear means connecting the input drive shaft to the diverter switch drive output and to each of the selector arm drive outputs. Further the gearbox has timing connection means arranged to connect the reduction gear means to each of the selector arm drive outputs. The invention also relates to a tap changer having such a gearbox and to a transformer provided with such a tap changer.

摘要: A method of switching taps by an on-load tap changer includes providing at least two fingers each comprising an impedance and a mechanical switch. When first and second mechanical switches of the first and second fingers are closed, they provide a connection between the first and second impedances of the first and second fingers and a power terminal of the on-load tap changer. The on-load tap changer is triggered to shift at least one of the fingers from a first tap to a second tap of the on-load tap changer when a tap change signal is received. A solid state switch connected between the first and second impedances is switched on to commutate a current from the first finger to the second finger during the tap change operation.
