摘要： An electrical relay device includes a housing, a wire coil, an actuator assembly, and a shell. The housing extends between a closed end and an open end and defines a chamber. The wire coil and the actuator assembly are within the chamber. The actuator assembly is configured to move between a first position, in which a movable contact is spaced apart from at least one stationary contact, and a second position, in which the movable contact engages the at least one stationary contact, based on a magnetic field induced by current through the wire coil. The shell seals the open end of the housing to seal the chamber. The shell has a pressure relief valve in flow communication with the chamber. The pressure relief valve is configured to open in response to a pressure within the chamber exceeding a threshold set pressure to reduce the pressure within the chamber.

摘要： A power relay for a vehicle is disclosed. The power relay has a housing formed by a connector base and a housing can set thereon, two connection bolts being inserted into the connector base for contacting a load circuit. The power relay further has a coil subassembly arranged in the housing and containing a solenoid coil and an armature. The armature is coupled by a force-transmission member to a contact bridge and can shift in the housing, under the effect of a magnetic field generated by the solenoid coil, in such a way that the contact bridge can be reversibly moved between a closing position, in which the contact bridge bridges the connection bolts in an electro conducting manner, and an opening position, in which the contact bridge is not in contact with the connection bolts. The housing can is configured as an injection-molded component made of plastic.

摘要： A solenoid for a vehicle starter includes a pull-in coil made of a length of rectangular wire and a hold-in coil adjacent to the pull-in coil. A plunger is configured to move in an axial direction when the pull-in coil made of rectangular wire is energized. The pull-in coil and the hold-in coil are positioned on a spool with the plunger slideably positioned within a central passage of the spool. The plunger is configured to engage a plunger stop when the pull-in coil is energized. In at least one embodiment, the hold-in coil is separated from the plunger stop in the axial direction and the hold-in coil encircles the plunger stop.
