摘要： An electromagnetic relay includes: a pair of fixed contact terminals, each of which has a fixed contact; a movable contact spring having a pair of movable pieces and a coupler coupling the pair of movable pieces, each of the movable pieces having a movable contact that contacts and is separated from the fixed contact; an armature having a flat plate to be adsorbed to an iron core and a hanging portion bent from the flat plate and extending downward, and moves the movable contact spring by a rotation operation; and an electromagnetic device driving the armature, wherein the hanging portion has a projection to fix the movable contact spring on a face thereof facing the electromagnetic device and a pulling portion that extends downward more than the projection and pulls the movable contact spring when a current flows between the fixed contact and the movable contact.

摘要： A polarized relay comprising an electromagnet, a two-pole or three-pole permanent magnet, an armature, and switches, which are mounted in and on a shelf-like support component. The support component accommodates magnetic flux pieces and the permanent magnet in an upper cavity, and the permanent magnet is magnetized while the electromagnet is still outside the support component. Subsequently, the electromagnet is inserted into lower cavity of the support component and the rest of the components of the relay are mounted.

摘要： In a bistable magnetic actuator with a polarized magnetic circuit with parallel operating air gaps, wherein between the outer legs of a U-shaped soft-iron yoke a flat permanent magnet is integrated that carries a soft-iron centre leg and applies a permanent-magnetically created magnetic flux to a rocking armature supported on the centre leg, wherein at each outer leg a separately controllable excitation winding provides swiveling pulses for the rocking armature to swivel from one permanent-magnetically self-holding swivel position into the other, the permanent-magnetically created magnetic flux through the magnetic circuit closed over the rocking armature in each case for an electromagnetic magnetic flux created by the excitation winding of said magnetic circuit in a direction opposed to the permanent-magnetically created magnetic flux commutates into the other parallel magnetic circuit with the electromagnetically not excited excitation winding, swiveling over the rocking armature.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay is provided with an iron core (50) which has a virtually J-letter shape on a plan view with one end serving as a support-receiving portion (51) and the other end serving as a magnetic pole portion (52), and a movable iron member (60) which is supported by a movable contact member (70) attached to a corner thereof, and has a virtually L-letter shape on a plan view with one end (61) being supported on the support-receiving portion (51) of the iron core (50) so as to freely pivot thereon and an adsorb portion (62) that is the other end being allowed to face the magnetic pole portion (52) of the iron core (50) so as to be adsorbed thereon. The objective of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive electromagnetic relay which is less susceptible to deviations in the adsorb portion of the movable iron member that comes into contact with and separates from the magnetic pole portion of the iron core, and has stable operation characteristics.

摘要： A low-energy, long-life, magnetic latching apparatus includes a permanent magnet, an electro-magnet and a bi-stable armature. The magnetization axes of the permanent magnet and the electromagnet are substantially parallel to maximize respective flux coupling. Back-iron is located immediately adjacent the permanent magnet opposite the electro-magnet such that the permanent magnet is intermediate the back-iron and electro-magnet. The armature is arranged to minimize any air-gap between the armature and permanent magnet occasioned by the pivotal movement thereof. The back-iron provides for an increased permanent magnet working point and parallel flux path for electro-magnetic flux.

A shielding block member with a substantially H-shaped section includes two storage spaces for storing the first and second contact blocks, respectively, a support portion for mounting the electromagnet, and a predetermined number of notched portions for guiding the first, second, and third terminals of each of the first and second contact blocks. At least a surface of the shielding block member has conductivity. A shielding case shields at least an edge of an opening portion of the shielding block member.

摘要： A relay includes a permanent magnet for an armature restoring force having a highly negative temperature coefficient of remanence, where a portion of the permanent magnetic force is compensated by a compensation spring. The response voltage is rendered temperature independent by a heating means connected in parallel to the excitation winding to heat the permanent magnet in synchronization with the winding and, thus, guarantee a compensation of the response voltage with respect to the coil heating.
