    摘要: A high-stability miniature circuit breaker has a pivotal shaft having a first section, a second section and a shoulder. The diameter of the second section is larger than the first section. The shoulder diameter is larger than the second section. A pivoting lever on the first section limits the axial position of a protruding mesa relative to the shaft by contact fit between the mesa and a thrust surface on the second section. A pivoting latch is on the second section. A first end face fits to a support surface on the shoulder. A second end face fits to the protruding mesa at the other end. The latch controls a drive rod and the lever. A connecting rod separates from the latch when latch hasps are separated and the latch separates from the drive rod which slides along a groove of the lever.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a changeable mechanism, the changeable mechanism comprises a support contact, a connecting rod, a connecting shaft, a cantilever and a changeable component. The support contact is provided with a moving contact therein, the support contact rotates about a shaft to make the moving contact be separated from or in contact with a static contact. The bottom end of the connecting rod is connected to the contact support, the top end of the connecting rod is connected to a cantilever through a connecting shaft. The changeable component is connected to the cantilever through a main shaft, the changeable component acts and drives the cantilever to act through the main shaft, and further drives the contact support to rotate through the connecting shaft and the connecting rod. The rotation of the contact support makes the moving contact and the static contact to be separated from or in contact with each other so as to realize opening or closing of a circuit breaker. The changeable component is a manual operation mechanism or an energy storage mechanism. The changeable operation mechanism of the present invention may realize a convenient switch between a manual operation mechanism and an electrical operation mechanism of a MCB. The changeable component does not dispose the electrical operation mechanism outside the MCB, so that the height and volume of the MCB is reduced.

    摘要: A protection switch includes a plurality of single-pole protection switch modules in a mechanically coherent unit forming a multi-pole protection switch configuration. Each module includes a housing, a switching arm, a moving contact on the switching arm pivotably movable against a fixed contact between closed and open positions, a manual operating mechanism for adjusting the switching arm between the closed and open positions and a tripping mechanism for automatically resetting the switching arm into the open position upon a tripping condition. The manual operating mechanisms of all modules are coupled so that the modules are only switched jointly. The tripping mechanisms of all modules are coupled so that the tripping mechanism of each also trips all others. A one-piece coupling is insertable between adjoining modules for both mechanically fixing the modules to one another and coupling the manual operating mechanisms and the tripping mechanisms of the adjoining protection switch modules.

    摘要: An electrical switching device is disclosed which can be used in combination with a line, motor or fault-current circuit breaker, with a thermal release, with an electromagnetic release, with a switching mechanism with a latching point and at least one contact point which is continuously opened or closed by the switching mechanism, with an operating handle which is connected to one end of a lug by a coupling element and the other end of which is coupled to a contact base carrying the moving contact member, and with a latching lever which, together with a release lever, forms the latching point. The contact base for the moving contact member is located between the thermal release and the electromagnetic release. Together with a rotatably supported release lever interacting with the electromagnetic release and the thermal release, the latching lever forms the latching point. The thermal release is coupled to the release lever by a connecting rod passing over the contact base so that both the thermal release and the electromagnetic release open the latching point in the event of an overcurrent and/or short-circuit current and in that a striking lever is provided, which is mounted such that it can rotate, can be pivoted on the one hand by the thermal release and on the other hand by the electrical release, and, on release, pivots the release lever in the direction to unlatch the latching point.

    摘要: A switch structure comprises a control element, which comprises an alloy piece and a swing contact device. The alloy piece includes an actuating piece with a convex part, which has a upper side normally pushing the lower surface of the end part in the swing contact device so that the actuating piece ejects outwards and escapes from the end part when the alloy piece is overheated because of the current flowing through therein overloaded. Therefore, the end part falls down due to no support force and the head part of the swing contact device deforms upwards and does not press on the elastic contact piece. The elastic contact piece is released from the pressing of the swing contact device to eject upwards. Two joints connected in an electric loop are tripped. The object of rapid response, cutting power source, and safety is therefore achieved.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a circuit breaker comprises the steps of preassembling the movable parts of the circuit breaker between a pair of frame members and providing a housing that is configured for supporting the unitary breaker assembly without attachments. Other circuit breaker components, attached to the unitary breaker assembly, are also supported in the housing without attachments. A cover is secured to the housing to complete the circuit breaker. Another version of the invention preassembles the movable parts of the circuit breaker and the stationary contact mechanism and trip coil, with the line and load terminals attached, between a pair of supporting frame members to form an operable circuit breaker module. The module is in turn supported in a housing without attachments. The circuit breaker module may be tested and adjusted prior to final assembly.
