摘要： A large capacity lithium-ion-battery pack includes an dielectric housing having receiving barrels; single lithium ion batteries each received in a receiving barrel and comprises an anode currency collector and a cathode currency collector; a dielectric cover member assembled to the housing; and a conductive connecting assembly. The conductive connecting assembly includes a number of upper contact plates embedded in the cover member and a number of lower contact plates embedded in the housing. A part of each upper contact plate protrude out of the cover member for electrically contacting the anode currency collector or the cathode currency collector of a single lithium battery, a part of each lower contact plate protrude out of the housing for electrically contacting the anode currency collector or the cathode currency of a corresponding single lithium battery, all of the single lithium ion batteries are in a series-parallel connection state through the conductive connecting assembly.

And, in a region in which the case peripheral wall portion and the lid are in close proximity, and which is at least a region including the inside edge (16) of the peripheral wall portion forming the case opening portion periphery, a barrier layer (70) is provided which impedes direct contact between the peripheral wall portion and the lid, and moreover, the edge portion of the barrier layer on the outer side of the case is formed midway in the opening end face (15) of the case peripheral wall portion, between the outside edge and the inside edge, without reaching the outside edge (18) of the peripheral wall portion.

摘要： A cylindrical battery is formed by sealing an electrode wound body in a cylindrical case and having an outer terminal member mounted to one end of the battery so as to axially penetrate through a gasket having a cylindrical portion and collar portions. A neck is formed at the inner surface of the case. A flange having an outer diameter greater than the inner diameter of the neck is formed on the outer terminal member. To mount the outer terminal member to the case, the gasket is mounted to the flange, liquid is charged from a through-hole with the flange held in a temporarily sealed state in which the flange is pressed into the case until being in contact with the neck, and an end portion of the case is bent to the inner surface side thereof to press the collar portion to the flange to complete sealing.
